Welcome to nine evergreen! Our family cottage combines all the comforts of home with the feel of a forested retreat. Just a short, one hour drive from the Winnipeg perimeter, you will be ready to unwind as soon as you hit the highway. Upon arrival, you will immediately feel a sense of calm as you climb up the steps to the welcoming deck with comfortable seating for your family.

Enter to the warmth of a fully updated, open concept kitchen with granite countertops. A living space off the kitchen where families come together to relax by the wood burning fire and dining area.

Take your pick of two sunrooms, one used year round, and one perfect for the summer months; both where memories are made for families to enjoy time with the people they love the most. Feel one with nature as you sink into your chair, toss on some tunes and crack open a book (or just take a load off and get lost in the surrounding woodland abyss, up to you!),

The main floor also includes one master bedroom with a king size bed, TV for movies, and a full ensuite bathroom..

Head upstairs to the second floor of the cottage, where there is another Master Bedroom with a king size bed, full ensuite washroom with a modern shower and soaker tub. The master leads to another living area with wraparound windows, a TV for every DVD imaginable and kids games and toys. (Netflix also available if that suits your fancy). There are two other bedrooms with double beds and one room with a queen bed and single bunk beds. These three rooms share a half bathroom. There is an open concept bonus room for arts and crafts. Our laundry room is also on the second floor.

We must not forget the “Love Shack” guest house, which sleeps 4 people with two queen beds. Access to a bassinet and pack and play if needed. Great for an extra family to join in on the fun.

Our backyard is your family's oasis surrounded by trees and perfect for young families and grandparents to entertain the little ones. Not interested in packing up for the beach? No problem! Enjoy the backyard amenities in this one of a kind family friendly backyard. Not only is there a slide, two swings and a climbing wall to keep the littles entertained. There is an outdoor shower, a rejuvenating sauna, hot tub and an above ground pool (seasonal). We even have a hammock “relax zone” to cap off your day with a snooze under the evergreens. Our take on Thermea, the absolute pinnacle of forest bathing if you ask us!
