PLATINUM SERVICES
This unit comes with HOTEL SERVICES which allows you to have a true vacation and more time to enjoy the sun and beach. Platinum Services provides daily condo refreshing which includes clean bath towels, taking out the trash, make up the beds, and each shower includes "Aruba Aloe" shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. Aruba Aloe products are made with 100% Aloe Vera Gel to hydrate and nourish your skin and hair. This unit also provides daily beach towel exchange at the "Prestige" Concierge Desk located in the Main Lobby.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
This three-bedroom condo is the perfect beach holiday retreat to spend a memorable holiday with up to eight family members or friends. The white sand beach and turquoise water of the world-famous Eagle Beach are just a few steps away. This luxurious vacation rental accommodation is located at the Le Vent Beach Resort Aruba, the newest vacation rental resort on the island. The balcony, stretching across the master bedroom and living room, offers you outdoor seating to enjoy the serenity and the tropical landscaping of the resort. Come and enjoy the tranquil resort, the soothing ocean, and feel the sunlight dancing beneath Caribbean waters.

The open concept living area is provided with a large Smart TV, two 3-seat sofas (1 is a sofa-bed with a queen-size mattress), a 6-seat glass dining table, and a full-sized fully equipped modern kitchen with 4-barstools. A half-bathroom and a laundry room with washer-dryer and storage facilities are also available for your comfort.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a smart TV, two walk-in closets with a code-lock safe, and access to the balcony. The master bedroom has a modern en-suite bathroom with a 2-sink vanity, a glass-enclosed shower and toilet, and a free-standing bathtub to soak and indulge during your stay. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, a smart TV, a built-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. And the third bedroom has two twin-size beds, a smart TV, a built-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

This unit provides you with 2,120 square feet of living space, a code-lock safety box, free unlimited WiFi, cable TV, and four flat screens smart TVs (in the living room and each bedroom). This unit is located on the left corridor off the elevators on the second floor. Sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 beds plus 1 queen-size sofa-bed.

THE RESORT
Le Vent Beach Resort Aruba has a swimming pool with a hot tub, a children’s pool, and several sunny or shaded lounge areas to enjoy the tranquility of the resort with its luscious tropical landscaping. The beach access gate is only about 100 yards from Eagle Beach. There is also a children’s playground, an alfresco dining area with 2 BBQ grills plus an ice machine, and a communal rooftop area to enjoy Aruba’s sunsets. Onsite there is a fitness room, a day Spa – Blue Waters Day Spa – and a mini cafe restaurant . Ample free parking within the 24/7 secured gated complex. Upon check-in, you will receive your beach towels, which can be exchanged once a day and free of charge at our front desk in the lobby. Your accommodation includes portable beach chairs and a cooler that can be taken to the beach. Fill your coolers with lots of ice from the ice machine located in the pool area.

Le Vent Aruba is located just a few steps away from the world-famous Eagle Beach, well-known for its 50-yards wide pristine soft white sand, turquoise waters, and breath-taking sunsets. Within about 1 mile from this resort, there are several water sports companies, beach bars, great restaurants, spas, casinos, a gas station, coffeehouses, a movie theater with a food court (The Movies IMAX Gloria), a supermarket (Super Food Plaza), the Hospital, a pharmacy, a golf course, and Beach Tennis Aruba.
