Pelican Place is a private home in the desirable Harbor Tract neighborhood. It is a duplex that has been completely remodeled. The location is ideal as you are within minutes to the harbor, Embarcaderro, Morro Strand beach, Main St., shopping, dining, and local tourist activities. All of this and yet you are tucked away on a very quaint and quiet residential street. There is a trolley stop and grocery shopping nearby. You are also close enough to walk to the Embarcadero, Harbor, Main Street, the downtown which hosts many restaurants, wine tastings, and bars, or Morro Strand beach. Come see our little bay. This home is the downstairs unit of a duplex. Both entries are private and peaceful. The kitchen is fully supplied and has everything needed to make almost any meal. The bedroom has a queen size bed. There is a second bed that is a fold away twin bed.
The bathroom is a full bathroom and is off of the bedroom. It has a shower /tub combination.
