Enjoy self-contained accommodation and relaxed, family-friendly facilities right on the Murchison River, just a short stroll from the town centre.

The place is dull and so quiet... but it was fine.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The accommodation was good and enough for a small family. However, the whole place is doomed and outdated. The pool is freezing and the whole place looks like a walking quiet and dull.

Just ok

Extremely expensive for what it was. Dishes not clean in cupboard, moths inside, just could not keep them out even with doors closed always. Many people around so noise at night from neighbors very disappointing. Would not stay again

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Apartments itself was not too bad say 4 stars but the Common Areas and Facilities were pretty poor. The road way around the site was very poor and there were holes and works in many places. Parking was a nightmare and access to our apartment blocked by repairs. Shops on site all closed. Pool was Ok and laundry good. Site 2stars.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 4 families staying in adjacent units. Really lovely family atmosphere. Amazing pool - clean and refreshing but not too cold. Kids could spend hours in! Lots of tables, chairs and shade around pool. Only two of eight BBQs were working which was a shame.Tennis courts missing nets so basketball hoops were popular with the kids but BYO equipment. Units provide the bare minimum in plates, glasses, cutlery etc but we made do. If you don’t want to wash up before every meal, take extra supplies.Pressure from agent to leave unit clean despite being higher end priced accommodation when a clean/vacuum service would be expected. Agent very kind when we accidentally took home two tea towels and a hand towel - allowed us to post them back. Also very quick to action when an old plastic toilet seat broke - replaced next day. Overall, very happy, worth it.

An enjoyable stay. At Riverview Apartments

Reviewer Comments: Our ground floor apartment was clean and comfortable.After reading some other reviews for this property we were a little apprehensive as to what we might find, but we’re pleasantly surprised.The grounds could do with some attention, with gardens and lawns a little the worse for wear.It’s a shame that the restaurant, and ice cream parlour on site are no longer operational.Our only surprise was being informed on booking that we would need to supply or own toilet paper, shampoo and soap.....not that it was a problem......but thought it odd.No coffee, tea, sugar or milk was provided either.
