Start your day with some freshly ground coffee at the breakfast bar or on the natural wooden table facing the water, then grab a towel and walk out the back gate, down the track, onto the beach and sink your toes into golden sands and sparkling waves. Watermans sits on Warrain Beach and close to Lake Wollumboola so take your pick of where to enjoy a swim, surf, or sun bake whilst the kids splash in the waves and your four-legged friends tire themselves out on the endless coastline.
Return to rinse off the sand in the heated outdoor shower and enjoy lunch cooked either in the modern kitchen or on the BBQ and eaten in air conditioned comfort or on the covered deck to enjoy the sea breeze. The floor-to-ceiling glass doors slide open allowing you to benefit from the calming sound of the sea wherever you happen to be in the house. During downtime battle over a board game at the table or play an outdoor game in the, fully-fenced backyard. You can steal some privacy with a cold drink and a book on the front balcony, and the two living spaces allows the adults to enjoy a few relaxed drinks and the view while the kids watch Netflix in the space dedicated to TV entertainment.
Apart from two separate bedrooms the ground level of the house has a curtained-off queen bed, sofa bed, kitchenette and outdoor table and chairs which means the kids can have their own space in the evening, or if two families are holidaying together they can wake up in their own time before joining everyone upstairs for breakfast.
When it’s time for adventure the beaches are always close by including Tilbury Cove with a protected swimming area and playground for the kids. You will see from our exclusive guidebook that there is much to explore and don’t forget the idyllic beaches on Jervis Bay.
End your days on the back deck to watch the most magnificent display of the Milky Way you’ve ever seen and spot the Southern Cross. The kids will have plenty to enjoy, and you can rest easy knowing everything you need for the perfect holiday will be provided by Watermans.

Amenities in order with exception of tv remote which worked once but not on subsequent attempts despite advice provided and the bbq which we found difficult to use.

Waterman’s absolute beachfront property pet friendly
The location and house were stunning. Unfortunately there was rat/mice pee and poo on the bed sheets when we arrived,
Professional Holiday Homes treated us appallingly.
I am going to lodge a complaint with The Department of Fair Trading. Totally ruined my holiday by refusing to take responsibility. PHH tried to shift the blame to us. We found mouse/ rat dropping all through the bedrooms and kitchen were our food was stored. Have asked for 2days return as compensation and they refuse to get back to me. Spoiled my holiday and my friends. I have photos to prove my claims.

Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.
What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.
We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.
As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
