The space
- 3 Separate Bedrooms
- Master bedroom with a king size bed and a full bathroom
- 2 twin beds in the other two bedrooms (can be made king size)
- 1 big and comfortable sofa in the living room
- Easy keyless entry w/ keypad lock
- There are stairs in the house (2 level)
- Lots of street parking in front or at the back
- Kitchen is fully equipped (no microwave)
- The backyard is available for use with BBQ and patio furniture
- Easy access to Highway 1
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house except the basement suite occupied. It's an independent unit with its own private entrance. Very quiet tenant lives in the suite.
Other things to note
Since we are living in a very quite and family oriented area, we respect our neighbours and expect the same from our guests. We are strictly against any house parties, big events, and loud music, especially after 10pm. No smoking, and no pets policy applies.

This is our primary residence and we appreciate mature, responsible guests :)
