Private town home set in the in quiet prime location. Beach access is private with fabulous views and easy walking . truly the best beach access in Princeville area. Close to all favorite beaches.The bonus is we are 2 minutes from Princeville town center (grocery, shop , ice cream, restaurants) about 5 minutes from the beautiful town of Hanelai Off the beaten path but yet so close to everything. We have really put a lot of love into decorating our home with comfy beds ,quality soft sheets, art work, travertine and bamboo floors, Two beautiful full baths and my favorite is the private jungle out door shower. Everything has been completely remodeled. Kitchen has all the amenities for cooking a nice meal. Master bedroom has king size bed. Windows above the trees feeling as if you were in a tree house setting with all the chirping sounds of the jungle. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and 3rd has 2 twin beds .We know your will love our home and you will want to come back over and over again. We loved this house so much, and would definitely book again. Itā€™s a beautiful, well-maintained space, perfect for my family of 6. I truly hope we have the opportunity to stay here again.

This was the most wonderful place to stay. Very clean, cool, in the jungle. We loved the whole house. Beds were comfortable and the location couldnā€™t be better. We loved walking down the street for the amazing views. We loved how close we were to the beach. The whole community was quiet and safe. Loved the sounds of the jungle at night.

This condo is in the perfect location, just minutes from everything, including beautiful beaches, Foodland, and the cute town of Hanalei. We drove all over the island, and honestly, there wasn't a better location than this.

Great Location in Hanalei/Princeville

This was a great place to stay in the Hanalei/Princeville area. The home is location just off the Kuhio highway and was easily accessible to all north shore activities. Our host, Ofie, was very responsive to our messages and was quick to provide his suggestions on activities and places to visit.

This home was the perfect for my family of 5 while visiting Kauaā€™i. Itā€™s an amazing location, close to the shops/some good food and coffee, and very close to the beach. All of the beds were very comfortable! Also, the temperature was very comfortable at night with the windows open and the fans on, we even got a little chilly some nights. It was nice that every room had a ceiling fan and a box fan! The kitchen was well stocked with spices and all the things you need to cook meals there. Lastly, Ofie was so responsive and nice! We really enjoyed our stay and we look forward to staying here again next time!

The location was perfect. We loved the walk from the townhouse to the beach. The little food shack had great breakfast bagels. Very clean. And well appointed. Great to have snorkel and beach gear available.

Comfortable place/Perfect location

We really enjoyed our time at this lovely VRBO. It was very comfortable for our family of 4. As others have noted, Ofie is very responsive to any questions or issues. I wouldnā€™t hesitate to book there again. It was disappointing to find out when we got there that the HOA had required Ofie to disconnect the hot water from the outdoor shower but that was a manageable hiccup.Alsoā€¦.if you do stay here and see a sweet little orange stray cat around the place, please give her extra scratches for us. We fell in love!

Beautiful property

Property was beautiful, clean and the host was responsive. Only downside was how far it was away from the activities we had planned. That was entirely our fault though. This was the first thing we booked. There are several beautiful Things nearby for us to enjoy.

Family Spring Break Vacation

Perfect location for our family and our plans. Safe and convenient. Great host and readily available if necessary. Plenty of suggestions for local hikes. Thank you! Unit was very clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. At night left windows cracked and fans on and was very cool and comfortable night's sleep. We all enjoyed the snorkel and masks. Knee board too! MAHALO!

Island Hopping

We stayed during the summer and the immediate area at this location was quiet. Within walking distance of Queen's Bath and Hideaway Beach, this was a very nice place to stay with a family of 5. Updated furnishings with a full kitchen. It worked great as we cooked in for 1-2 meals each day.

Amazing time!

This property was everything we needed. There are plenty of windows and fans that kept us cool at night. The outdoor shower was wonderful! We utilized the kitchen for breakfast and dinner to help save us time and money. Wifi worked great and we had no problems with getting in and out. With all of the hiking we did, this was such a great place to rest and reset! Mahalo nui!

Perfect for us

This VRBO was everything we needed and more starting with ease of communication with Ofie before and during our stay. The rental was immaculate; clean and stocked with ample towels and basic supplies. The bed linens were of the highest quality. It was newly renovated. Location was very private, parking and access easy, quick drive to points of interest and shopping. This rental is a gem.

We have been coming to Kauai for 8 years started looking for a home 4 years ago. We wanted a home in a prime location but still wanted privacy . Our location is very peaceful and private. We are avery active family and love to hike ,kayak,paddle board ,fish and bike. Kauai has all that and more. We also love to eat healthy food. This area offers a plenty of healthy choices. Fresh fish and fruit organic meats. Lovely farmers markets two times a week.This is the place for us !!

We love our home because it is spacious and bright with beautiful views from every window. Walk to beach is gorgeous ,peaceful and quiet with breath taking views the whole way.That was the main reason I loved it. Being so close to all the beautiful beaches is really a bonus. We are between both towns of Princeville and Hanalei. Truly is a perfect location. Across the street has gorgeous mountain views. Private residential area yet so close to everything. We chose this property because it has so much to offer with out the hussle and bussle.
