Kauai Kailani, a peaceful complex located on Kauai's east side, coconut coast. Waterfront property, top-floor with vaulted ceilings and cool A/C in both rooms. Great for honeymooners or couples seeking a restful retreat.

Walking distance to bike rentals and Kapaa bike path. Fully equipped kitchen with grocery and health food stores across the street. Beach gear for two.

NO hidden resort or parking fees.

The space:

Full kitchen, master bedroom, den/second bedroom, lanai (patio) overlooking the garden pool and full access to waterfront pool, BBQ and rec-room. Spacious third floor condo with vaulted ceilings, stone floors, granite counters, fully furnished, luxury appointments. Includes Wi-Fi, cable TV, washer & dryer and air conditioner. Third floor, stair access only.

Guest access:

Our Kauai Kailani condo is in the garden (rear) building of a 57-unit beachfront property. Rental includes full access to low-traffic beach frontage and all complex facilities. Free parking with reserved parking space. Full beach gear for two includes: chairs, umbrella, beach mats, boogie boards, fins, snorkels and masks. BBQ with gas grill, recreational room with ping pong table. Walking distance to Kapaa bike path and bike rack for bike rentals during your stay.

Other things to note:

This is a third floor unit, stair access only.
No smoking is allowed in building or on lanai. Complex has a small designated smoking area. No pets are allowed.

The condo was absolutely perfect. Our place was super clean it was nice to do laundry here and Not go home with dirty clothes. Our host was so kind and helped us out when we needed it. Great location by the beach and super close to restaurants and shopping. So sad we have to leave. We will definitely be back.

Location was very nice. A two minute walk to the beach. Place was clean and had everything we needed. They even had beach accessories and toys which our child loved!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time here. I dont think I have ever stayed in a more well stocked vacation rental, or worked with such a kind and accomodating host. The complex was nice and quiet. The location was so convenient, with countlees restaurants and shops in easy walking distance. The fold out sofa bed was very comfortable and much larger and comfortable than most sofa beds. My 6ft teenage boys shared it with no issues. This rental is a great value!

Great communication feom start to.finish from Wendy. The condo is clean, ac is cold, the lanai over the pool is convenient with children, and in room washer/ dryer is a big help with salt water clothing. The master bed was very comfortable and would recommend when using the queen sleeper to lay it down on the ground. The overall wakable location to Starbucks, Shave Ice, a grocery, local food, the beach, and more was great with children and the central location on the island made getting around a breeze. Will be staying here in the future and recommend to everyone!

Great stay!

We loved our Kauai Kahlani condo! It is in a great location, has 2 pools and is a short walk to the beach. The owner was friendly and available during our stay. Loved the condo and all it offered. They had beach chairs, coolers, scuba gear and sand toys in the closet. Great stay! Would highly recommend.

Beautiful condo and a very pleasant rental experience.

Wonderful Get-Away Condo

This condo has everything you could want...central island location for easy exploration either north or south, close to shops and restaurants, fully stocked kitchen, boogie boards, snorkel equipment, beach chairs, and coolers for going to the beach...not to mention the lovely location right on the shore. The property owners/managers were a joy to work with, making our stay everything we could have hoped for. We highly recommend this condo!

Fantastic Kauaā€™i Condo

The condo was in a great location with easy access to both sides of the island. It was the perfect size for our family of three. The deck was a nice place to hang out in the morning and after a long day of exploring. Weā€™ve stayed in several condos over the years and we all agreed this was the nicest! There was plenty of beach equipment for us to use over the week (4 beach chairs, several snorkel sets, an umbrella, cooler, boogie boards) no need to rent anything extra! We had a fantastic experience and canā€™t wait to come back!

One of the BEST Condos in Kapaa, Kauai!

We loved the stay in this condo! Itā€™s so clean, tidy, organized and lovely just like a 3.5 star hotel. The condo and the divine vibration in it is awesome! The property owner, Wendy is so friendly, kind, accommodating and very timely with her responses. We will surely look forward to stay here for our future visits.

Quiet, comfortable

Loved the washer /dryer as we hiked and needed clean clothes. Quiet, loved the balcony for morning coffee/ birds. Loved location between north and south shores. Beaches gorgeous. Kauai is otherworldly!!!

Very enjoyable and relaxing

We enjoyed our stay!!! We had all the conveniences of home. The close proximity to the beach was a great place to spend the beginning and end of our day. We especially appreciated Adam and Wendy's quick reply to any questions we had. The location was great for visiting the other areas of the island. We would definitely stay her again. Awesome in Kapaa

Really nice spot on the oceanfront in Kapaa. One of the cleanest, up to date, well stocked units weā€™ve ever stayed at. The pictures donā€™t do it justice. Especially enjoyed the covered lanie overlooking the pool, and proximity to the multi use pathway for morning walks along the beach! Grocery store just across the street. Highly recommend this rental!

My parents stayed here when they came to Hawaii for my wedding. Bit confusing to find the correct building initially, but we were trying to find it in the dark. The condo was great. It was very clean. Had all the amenities they needed. It was centrally located with shops and restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect Spot on the Island

We really enjoyed our stay here! Location is perfect as its pretty central to the island and there is now so much more beachfront on the property, than prior years! The condo was just as listed, and Wendy and Adam were great hosts. They made sure proper accommodations were made while they had the AC repaired, and were very easy to communicate with! They also were incredibly nice and reached out to us regarding a personal item we left behind and worked with us to get the item back! Would highly recommend this property and hope to stay here again!!

Excellent Condo

This was our second stay. The condo and location is perfect for our needs. We have quick access to the ocean. We are within walking distance of the Safeway for any grocery needs.The condo has everything that we needed for our stay. The addition of the Keurig coffee maker was a big hit for us this time. Any questions to the owners were replied to quickly. Had a wonderful time once again.

We love Kauai ~ and feel so fortunate to have a place to share with others.

Kapaa, aka, "The coconut coast," is centrally located to both sides of the island. Easily go to the south side or west side and also up to the north shore. This ocean front property has 2 pools for guests to use and the small complex is quiet and friendly making it an east side gem.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

The Kauai Kailani condo complex is located on the ocean. It is also across the street from local grocery stores, coffee shop and a health food store. Historic downtown Kapaa is a less than 1 mile away, via road or ocean front bike path. Palm trees sway in the trade winds daily and the birds are so sweet and beautiful to hear from the lanai. The ocean front has a wonderful baby beach and tide pools- when weather is calm, swimming and snorkeling are amazing too!
