Great place for our family vacation, very quiet neighborhood. The main bedroom has a very comfy mattress! The community pool is very nice! Bring your own pool or beach towels. Enjoyed time on the screened in back porch! Host is very communicative! We appreciate all their help!

Weekend away

The place was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend away. We bought a couple games and left them to add to their collection. Centrally located and will definitely come back!

Very nice place to stay

The house was very nice, we spent the majority of our time on the screened porch. Very clean and comfortable. The host was easy to work with and very accommodating

Ozarks trip

The place was clean - rooms were large - great view- close to pool - parking was great - Only thing missing was a washer dryer for extended stay Definitely will use again

Great

Loved this property. It was perfect for our group of 6 but would easily fit mor. It’s close to Some great bars and restaurants and right down the road from Margaritaville. Host was so helpful with any questions I asked!! We would definitely stay here again

Weekend with family for daughters wedding

Our only complaints are the lack of parking and the hot water stopped working on the second night.

We followed up with the homeowner regarding your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- Unfortunately, the hot water heater, which was recently installed, stopped working during your stay. We promptly contacted the manufacturer, and it’s been repaired. Apologies for the inconvenience.- The 3 parking spaces we provide, along with nearby overflow parking, are standard for our area, so we were unable to make any further adjustments.We appreciate your review, as it helps us improve and ensure a 5-star experience for future guests.

Quick stay for conference

Stayed in Tan Tara for a work conference at Margaritaville this last weekend. The property was perfect for what we needed for a quick trip. Conveniently close, clean, and spacious. The property manager was easy to contact and went out of their way to make sure our check in/out process was smooth. Thank you!

Spacious and clean

The property was perfect for what we needed it for a girls get away. Property manager was very helpful when we ran into any problems ....repomse time was quick. Overall it was a beautiful property and very clean

Summer getaway

Lovely home! Very clean and comfortable, great private location (1 of 2 homes on dead end street). We had 4 girls and 2 dogs in our party. Plenty of room for all of us. 2 large decks, 3 local pools. Close to everything. Will definitely rent again!

Cleanliness is in the eye of the beholder

Upon arrival the front door area and “foyer” ceiling were covered with many (hundreds) of dead bugs. Freezer ice discharge chute was clogged with a 3” chunk of ice remnants that had to be carefully removed with a butter knife to use which was a moot point anyway due to discolored water,that was before the boil order.Dishwasher was not secured to the bottom side of the counter causing it to rock back and forth when loading and unloading.Kitchen sink faucet not secured to sink causing it to swivel whenever it was turned from side to side.Gas grill cooking grates were rusted beyond use.Fortunately there was aluminum foil. we actually had a great time loved the house. The two swimming pools were very clean and nice. It just seemed unfortunate that the things listed were overlooked.
