We delivered two brand new frying pans within 24 hours of you reporting this. - **Master Bathroom Shower:** The flooding issue will be addressed with a review of the shower setup and, if necessary, adjustments to the design. - **Towels:** We apologize for the inconvenience caused by not having additional towels available in the property.
