At the heart of the home, the well-appointed kitchen—featuring a Smeg dishwasher, Westinghouse oven, and a servery—flows seamlessly into both formal and informal living areas. The casual family domain stretches toward the horizon, with expansive glass opening to a decked balcony overlooking the bay—perfect for crisp winter mornings or relaxed afternoons taking in the view.

Heating/Cooling:
There are two Split System Air-Conditioning units in the unit.
There are multiple heating options. The split system works well and there is also a gas heater in the central living room.
Additional electric wall heaters are in each room. These can be manually turned on and the temperature for the unit can then be set. The unit will stay on until turned off manually.
All bookings are subject to approval pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory. Failure to complete the guest verification process within 24 hours of booking will result in automatic cancellation.
House Rules (Important, please read)
To ensure a pleasant stay and maintain good relations with our neighbours and the local council, please adhere to the following:
1. Every group must sign a booking agreement provided by Lively Properties.
2. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property strictly at any time during the day or night is 6.
3. According to local laws, all outdoor areas, including decks, balconies, spas, and pools, are off-limits after 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends.
4. No parties or unapproved gatherings are allowed at any time.
5. Loud music or activities that disturb neighbours are prohibited at all times; the property has Noise Alarms.
6. Strictly no "schoolies", hens or bucks bookings. Please adhere to this policy.
7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.
8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.

The cliff top coastal sanctuary was absolutely amazing. The photos don’t give it justice on how beautiful this place is from the minute I booked this property from the time we left. The service was fantastic. The beds were comfy. The view was breathtaking. I’ve actually got no faults. That’s how much we enjoyed ourselves and we will definitely be booking again.
