Gated Community Access & Fees

The home is located in Pine Mountain Lake, a private gated community with

24-hour security.

A one-time, non-refundable $50 gate pass is required per vehicle, payable

directly to the HOA upon arrival. Stays of 8 nights or longer may incur

additional fees per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules.



Parking & Accessibility

Driveway is steep and upslope—all-wheel or four-wheel drive is strongly

recommended

Level parking available at the top of the driveway for 4–5 vehicles

Interior and exterior stairways throughout the property

Yard is partially sloped and partially level



Additional Info

Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided (beach

towels not included)

No pets or animals allowed at any time—no exceptions

Firewood not provided but can be purchased locally
