Amazing views

Wow, the view from every window is just stunning. Short walk to everything you need. Second time I’ve stayed at the Peninsula, and can’t wait to stay there again.

Great Location With An Amazing View

This property was just what we needed as part of an extended vacation for two couples. Excellent location and within walking distance to nearby restaurants and the beach. Unbelievable view of the city and the beach. Very clean with all the necessary items we need during our stay. Excellent communication from the host prior to and during our stay.

Just perfect!

An impeccable 10/10 for cleanliness and the apartment's prime location. The location -Surfers Paradise truly captures the essence of a holiday destination. The breathtaking sea views from both the balcony and every room surpass expectations. We had an amazing time! This place offers the perfect holiday getaway.

Great stay, amazing views. Can’t say enough about our host. We had a couple of request and they handled them immediately. Great and quick communication.

We absolutely loved staying at the Peninsula, 30 floors up was amazing. It was like being on top of the ocean. Fantastic views by day and by night. The apartment was clean and comfortable with all the amenities available. Will definitely book again for a longer stay. Thank you

Amazing Condo

This is one of the best condos ever. It has everything and more. The location, the unit the proximity to the beach, the pool, spa...just the best. I would have stayed longer but.....and the property management staff could not have been nicer. Overall the best VRBO we have ever had.

Can’t wait to come back! Heaven on earth!

Perfect location, short walk to the Esplanade, short walk to woollies and only 10 to 20 minute drive to fantastic shopping and theme parks. Picture perfect view of the beach from every window. I stayed with my two kids (almost 4 & 1.5 year old) and husband and we all loved it. Felt like the stuff dreams are made of just looking at that view.!!

The views are fantastic from every room, cannot fault the location. But the kitchen is not equipped with much, everything is old and scratched, not great for families needing to do some meal prep. Although renovated in parts the bedroom carpet is awful, one bedroom door didn't close, walls dirty and doonas stained. Also BYO, everything, tissues, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, sponge, herbal tea, batteries for the remote etc - the host provides little, very very basic and disappointing for what you pay. Booking was painful, multiple emails asking for details that had been previously provided several times. Check-in process was annoying, collection of keys at another location 15 mins away, instructions not received until the last minute after messaging. Overall ok, but could really be improved. Finally, I will not book through Stayz again.

A lovely week of R & R

The unit is lovely. Beds are a little hard and living area definitely needs a fan/air con with the muggy weather. BUT the view is stunning, location is brilliant. Bathrooms are great. Kitchen has full cooking. Oven, hot plates and microwave. Very soundproof between neighbours but not for above you. Very loud sadly. We throughly enjoyed our time though.
