Very sterile and minimal. Sheets and towels poor quality. Spent a little time as possible in the unit due to lack of comfort. Although it was very clean.

We’re glad the guest found our home very clean, but we’d like to address the concerns raised about comfort and linens for future guests. Our home is intentionally designed with a clean, modern, and minimalist aesthetic, which may not match every traveler’s personal style preference. Regarding the sheets and towels, they were already standard hotel quality, but we still went ahead and upgraded them to Premier-quality. The upgraded sheets and towels were ordered and have been in use since June 8, 2026. Guest comfort is important to us, and future guests can expect the upgraded linens along with the same high standard of cleanliness highlighted in this review.

Great location

This rental worked really well for our needs! It had a great location and lots of beds. My favorite part of the experience was the check-out… no chores allowed! Most places we’ve stayed at have an extensive list of check out chores - on top of charging a cleaning fee. At the end of our stay, we packed up our bags and locked the house! Everything was smooth and our host was communicative throughout.

Great spot for a family trip!

Dave’s property was in an amazing location and had everything we needed for a family trip with 6 adults and 2 infants. The location was great, 10-15 minutes from everything and in a walkable location. We walked to hola adios coffee shop and the donut shop every day! I loved the note about recommended things to do we got after arrival, we used a lot of those recommendations. The place was super clean and had all of the accommodations we needed. A few more towels would have been great (because, young kids!) but we were able to use the washing machine when needed so we made it work. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Perfect for my family

We really enjoyed our stay here! Comfortable. Great amenities. Great location. It was close to every place we wanted to go. Traveling with two teenagers, having an adequate amount of space is a priority for us. Hotels just don't cut it for us anymore. Place was clean, although the walls could use some cleaning. Being able to park in our own private garage while on vacation was a game changer. Reps were available and responsive when contacted. We will definitely stay here again.

Hi Alex, Thank you for your review. We're so glad to hear you and your family enjoyed the space, amenities, and unbeatable location—our home is designed with comfort and convenience in mind, especially for families traveling together. We appreciate your note about the walls. While detailed wall cleaning has always been part of our routine, we did an extra round of touch-ups and deep wall cleaning on June 5th, 2025, to keep everything looking especially fresh and well-maintained for future guests. Thanks again for staying with us—it’s great to hear you'll be back!

Spacious stay at a great location!

We were in town for the OC Marathon with most events taking place at the OC Fair & Event Center. This was within walking distance along with many other restaurants and stores. We then used Uber/Lyft for our trips down to the beach and to/from the airport. Upon arrival, our Uber driver told us this was a safe neighborhood and we felt that throughout our stay. The host was great to work with and very quick to respond. We’d love to stay here again!

Great property, plenty of room, great amenities, even a little private yard area. My only complaint was the noise from the constant cycling of the air conditioners when trying to sleep (would not do sleep mode or constant cycles).

Hi Jennifer, We are delighted you enjoyed your stay at our spacious multi-level townhome in Costa Mesa! We agree the amenities and private yard are a highlight of the property. We were disappointed to hear of your experience with the Air Conditioner. We always encourage our guests to reach out to us with any issues experienced during your stay so we can quickly rectify them for you! This wasn't brought to our attention during your stay, so our team was not given an opportunity to assist you. The AC does make some noise but it is not loud enough in which we have had any complains. We hope to welcome you back for a future stay!

A Worthwhile Distance

This is a very comfortable little condo. It has plenty of beds, enough for the 6 of us and still probably could accommodate a couple more people. It is extremely clean. Everything works as they should. The beds are very comfortable. We especially appreciated the provided coffee and coffee maker. This gets extra credit in our books. We did not have to contact the host for anything. The only minor comment we'd like to make is that the stay is in Costa Mesa, so it's an 18-minute drive from Disneyland. So, not real close to the park, nor too far either; merely a minor inconvenience should you want to be closer to the park. But overall, it's an extremely comfortable place to stay and we would definitely stay here again.

It’s great to hear that the comfy beds and complimentary coffee were a hit—we love those little touches! We appreciate you mentioning the location as well; while it’s not right next to Disneyland, we’re happy it was still a convenient stay for you. We’d love to host you again soon!
