Twin Oaks is a beautiful timber-framed four-bedroom, three-bathroom chalet at the corner of Fairways and Mountain View with easy access to ski-in. From the moment you pull in the driveway you'll notice the exceptional design and superb craftsmanship of this stunning home, and it simply gets better when you get inside!
This is an extremely spacious home that aims to let everyone in on the fun with a great open concept. From the kitchen, dining area or living room, you've got a fantastic view from the grand windows of the Burfield runs on Mt. Tod across the way. Around the back of the house is your private hot tub that you'll love to lounge in, and your own barbeque.
This home has a king bed in the master bedroom (with an ensuite bathroom), a queen bed in the second bedroom, a queen bed and a set of bunkbeds in the third bedroom, and two sets of bunkbeds in the fourth bedroom. Twin Oaks is true ski chalet living at it's best, and you'll be planning your next vacation before you leave!
This property has up to 4 parking spaces available. All parking spaces are on the right hand and middle of the driveway. Please note the driveway is very steep so in the winter, snow tires or chains are essential to avoid sliding.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence will incur penalties.
