A master bathroom next to the master bedroom with a garden tub and a large walk in shower with plenty of space to unwind. A walk-in closet inside the master bathroom ensures ample storage.
Near the entrance of the villa you will find the two additional bedrooms. Between the two bedrooms the second bathroom is located with inside a walk-in shower with a rain shower head.
This well-appointed and decorated villa also features fast wireless internet enabling you to surf the internet and access your email, a 40 inch LCD HD TV a DVR recorder, a 32 inch HD TV in the master bedroom and a DVD player.
Southern Dunes has a 24 hours guard gated entrance. Special features around the villa includes the Southern Dunes 18-hole championship golf course and the private neighborhood park with preservation areas and a lake. Also tennis courts and a playground.
