The Space:

KITCHEN AND LIVING:

The spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area forms the heart of the home. Warm timber interiors and high ceilings create a distinctly alpine feel, while the kitchen windows capture outstanding views across Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains. The well-equipped kitchen has everything needed for relaxed holiday dining, with generous bench space and a Nespresso pod machine for your morning coffee.

After a day exploring Queenstown or skiing the nearby mountains, settle in beside the cosy wood fire, gather around the dining table or simply relax together in the generous lounge.



OUTDOORS:

In the warmer months, fire up the BBQ, enjoy outdoor dining or find a sunny spot to relax amongst the established gardens. During the cooler months, return from a day on the mountain and settle into the warmth of your alpine home.

Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen bed

Bedroom 2 enjoys magnificent elevated views across Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains.

Please note that while this is a separate sleeping area, there is no door directly at the top of the stairs.

A door separates Bedroom 2 from the Master Bedroom.

-Your final pricing includes a pre-arrival inspection, house linen, towels, kitchen linen, a standard departure clean and applicable taxes.

-Stays of 7 nights or longer may require a mid-stay clean and linen change at an additional charge.

-Rates are based on a maximum occupancy of 8 guests maximum

Guests have private access to the entire home including all four bedrooms, living, kitchen, dining, garage and outdoor entertaining areas.

Sublime Escape is located on Suburb Street, a well-established residential area close to central Queenstown. The town centre is approximately a 15-minute walk away, putting Queenstown's restaurants, cafés, shops, lakefront and attractions within easy reach.

The location also provides convenient access to Frankton Road and the wider Queenstown area, making it a great base for exploring by car or heading to the ski fields.

For winter visitors, the ski shuttle pick-up point at the Copthorne Hotel & Apartments Queenstown Lakeview is approximately a 5-minute walk from the home.



Getting Around:

Sublime Escape is conveniently positioned for exploring Queenstown.

Central Queenstown is approximately a 15-minute walk from the property. The ski shuttle pick-up point at Copthorne Hotel & Apartments Queenstown Lakeview is approximately a 5-minute walk away.

Having a vehicle is also convenient for exploring the wider Queenstown region, with garage and driveway parking available at the property.



Other Things to Note:

Sublime Escape is located within an established residential neighborhood. As shown in the listing photography, the outlook varies throughout the property and includes a combination of Lake Wakatipu, the surrounding mountains, established gardens and neighboring homes. Bedroom 2 on the upper level does not have a door directly at the top of the stairs. It remains separate from the Master Bedroom, with a door between the two sleeping areas.
