Great stay with family

We had a great stay visiting Joshua National Park. Location is far enough from the main streets to be able to see a lot of stars at night and be very peaceful, but not too far from restaurants and Joshua Tree National Park. Place was very clean and we enjoyed the stay!

Close to everything, but very private

We loved our stay. House had everything we needed to cook meals and relax. The hot tub was nice after a day hiking in the park. Check in and out was very easy and we enjoyed the privacy of the location.

Wonderful Getaway

We enjoyed our stay so much. Very quiet neighborhood and great stargazing from the hot tub. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely try to secure this place again if I am back in the area.

Nice little house in the desert

Yucca Valley stay

What a great property. It is located off the beaten path which was exactly what we were looking for. But it was also close enough to Joshua Tree NP to get there without much travel. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking. Beds were very comfortable.

Comfy Home in Joshua Tree

Close to Joshua Tree Park but far enough away to have a nice quite night. Nice views from every window. Hot tub was nice after a day at JT. The beds were nice and water pressure was great. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

Escape into Heaven

The house felt like a home away from home if our house had a hot tub and the most epic views night and day. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we could need. So glad we picked such a great place.

Great space under the stars!

My husband and I loved this clean and practical house under the stars. Very peaceful and beautiful location, nicely distanced from neighboring houses. The house layout was convenient with two full bathrooms and an open kitchen. I made a few meals here and found the kitchen well-stocked with cookware and essentials. The sunrises from the huge bedroom window were absolutely stunning. Check-in and check-out was super easy. Really nice couple of days/nights at this home. Thank you!

The Joshua Tree Getaway is amazing. Don and Josh are wonderful hosts. The house is super clean, the towels smell wonderful, and the attention to detail is perfect. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and all the utensils and cookware you may need. This house is the perfect place to stay to enjoy a trip to the desert and hiking Joshua Tree. The hot tub feels great after long hiking days. We look forward to our next trip to the desert and the Getaway!

The house was amazing. Clean, new furnishings beautiful view from every room and close to town.

We loved everything about this house. Beautifully decorated. The house was well equipped for cooking meals. Living room was comfortable. Very spacious 2 bedroom each with its own bathroom. Smart TV and WiFi. Hot tub was delightful. Area is quite. We will be coming back for sure. Thank you Don and Josh! You created a wonderful getaway!!

Awesome hosts, wonderful home!

The entire process of booking thru checkout went smoothly for this rental. The house is probably the best appointed home we’ve ever rented: appliances were top notch, beds were super comfortable, hot tub looked fantastic (it was COLD & wet when we were there so didn’t take advantage) shower water was hot & the house was spotless. The location is perfect for access to Pioneer Town & Joshua Tree National Park. Given that we had nothing but cloudy skies, wind & rain every evening, I think a return trip to see the stars is definitely in order!! Thank you Josh & Don 👏👏

A well appointed gem

The house was well stocked, meticulously cleaned, private and very quiet. Sitting in the living room and looking out the window, conveyed the attention to color detail: the colors of the desert landscape have been repeated in the decor, adding to the calm continuity with nature. Our hosts provided necessary information about the house and the surrounding area in their guest book. They were available without being overly present. The gift of wine was a nice touch!

Girls Joshua Tree Trip

This weekend I had the pleasure of staying at this property for a girls trip. From the moment we got to the house the host was on it with all the info we needed. He called me and made sure I had his number just in case we need something. This made us feel even more comfortable. Especially since we where expecting a hurricane. Lucky for us we where able to still have a great time. The house is fully stocked, well kept and great amenities. I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be coming back!

Yes, all the 5 star reviews were right.

This house has everything you could ask for in a vacation rental. It’s location to the park was perfect for us. The owners, Don and Josh, have created a space that feels like home and anticipates your every need. They responded almost instantly to any questions we had and went over and above for us by bringing over their personal coffee maker when the Kcup maker stopped working. Everything was immaculately clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were very comfortable with great pillows. Views east and west allowed us to take some beautiful sunrise and sunset photos. Stars were awesome to see for us city dwellers. We’ve rented many VRBOs in several states and hands down, this house was our best rental ever.

Wow! Very Quiet!

We enjoyed our stay. It was great but not 5 stars. A few things need to be fixed. The master bedroom’s window rattled when the wind blew and it blew a lot. There was evidence of prior “fixes”. The oven/stove hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. These things are not deal breakers but like I said, not 5 stars. Would I return? Yes!

Great House

Our family of three stayed here for three nights while visiting Joshua Tree National Park. The house was clean and very cute! The directions and check in process were easy, and it was easy to access the park and multiple restaurants. The hot tub was perfect for stargazing at night. Overall, it was a great house and we’d recommend it to anyone.

Milky Way from the Hot Tub

My husband, 18-year old kid, and I really enjoyed our stay! We timed it well for viewing the Milky Way with the naked eye and it was as magical as we hoped.

Perfect little getaway

The property was exactly what we expected and it was a perfect getaway. Hosts are quick to respond to any questions or issues and all information about the house is set out for you. The house is a quick drive to Joshua Tree national park and the sunsets are a dream! The set up is extremely organized and makes for a relaxing vacation.
