This place was the perfect place to stay for off the strip relaxation, but ease of access to get on the strip.

Comfortable home in good location

This place met our needs perfectly. The host was very responsive and always cheerful. The hot tub and refrigerator in the back yard were welcome touches. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Great house, large and comfortable

We had a group of 7 people stay at this VRBO. The host was very easy to work with good communication. The house was very roomy and we felt very comfortable.

GREAT VACATION HOME

The home was perfect for my family to relax and enjoy each other. The location was perfect too. The home had everything you would need to have a great vacation. I always travel with home items and I was impressed how everything I needed was already there. The size of the house was perfect and the bonus room really helped when my grandkids wanted to run around. Nancy is an excellent host!

We had a great time at this property, I wish the garage and game room had A/C we would of loved to play poker in there or ping pong but it was just way too warm in there. You should consider putting an a/c in there

Get place to stay with a group!

We had a great time! It was very cleaned and organized. They had snacks and tour guide ready for us when we came in! We had a group of 10+ and everyone fit comfortably and we all had a great time! They have a great outdoor area to hang out! Would defiantly recommend staying here! Close enough to the strip so you can go have fun, but far enough away that its quieter.

Beautiful, clean, many rooms, great host

Nancy maintains a beautiful and clean home. We were in Vegas to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday. There were more than enough beds for all my son’s friends. The house was very clean and the kitchen stocked with essentials. Nancy communicated all of the necessary details and responded promptly to our questions. I highly recommend this home for large get togethers.

Exceptional Nevada Home! Exceptional Host! Amazing stay!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Canyon Gate. The check-in process was straightforward and the communication was timely and efficient. The home is beautifully decorated and situated in a nice, quiet neighborhood that is convenient to everything including shopping, restaurants and the Las Vegas strip. Nancy is an exceptional host! She provided a welcome basket and all the information we needed for an amazing stay. Thank you, Nancy! If I could give you ten stars, I would!

Awesome House!

This house was perfect for our guys golf trip. The house was very clean, spacious, well furnished and in a nice neighborhood. We had plenty of room for 8 guys. The strip and downtown are a short drive or Uber from the house and it's centrally located to many golf courses. The owner was awesome to work with from start to finish. She was accommodating and quick to respond to any question we had about the house. She truly wants you to have a great experience staying at her house and that's exactly what you get! We will definitely stay here again when we come to Vegas.

Great communication with host prior to stay. The house was perfect for hanging out with family and going to Spy Ninja HQ for my great nephew's 9th Birthday. Hot tub, game room and comfortable beds and couches. Kitchen well equipped for making meals at home.

Tons of space

This house has a great layout and tons of room. We stayed there for a softball tournament weekend, and we have now bookmarked this house for our future Vegas trips. This is the first time I've done that, and I've been staying at Vrbo's for years when traveling.

Centrally located-Large single story-lots of room

Property was perfect for our needs. Lots of room inside and out. Very clean. kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. Lots of parking. The single story layout was great for elderly family members. Nice quiet neighborhood. We will be back.

Beautiful Retreat Home

House has everything you need to disconnect and unwind. Hot Tub, soaker tub, fantastic shower in master. Floor plan provides plenty of room to spread out and have privacy if needed or gather in the spacious family areas - kitchen, dining, family room, game room. Loved our stay! Thank you Nancy!

Perfect for our needs

Great fit for a large group. Large comfortable couch, great game room, ample sleeping areas, TV’s all work, comfortable beds and a kitchen with all the tools you need to cook. Close to Red Rock casino. Good restaurants and shopping. Near newish shopping. Close enough to strip but far enough away too. Owner was great about communicating. Would definitely use again.

Very comfortable arrangements with a responsive and super accommodating host!

A dozen of us met in Vegas for a college reunion. The communication with Nancy right from the first interaction was very positive--very customer-service oriented. Given that we were all coming from different parts of the country to Vegas, we needed some flexibility with early check-in and late check-out. Nancy was very accommodating! The property itself is very spacious, well furnished with quality furniture, clean, and with different amenities & activities (hot tub, table tennis, variety of card/board games, etc.) to satisfy a wide range of tastes. Three full bathrooms meant no one was waiting for a bathroom! The backyard is simple, yet spacious and had some character. The neighborhood is quiet and adds to the relaxing environment that a vacation is supposed to provide. I would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful, Spacious, Clean Home and Wonderful Owners

Okay, so this was my first time using VRBO planning a surprise 40th Birthday for my wife and 12 close family and friends in Las Vegas. Not knowing much I spent several hours looking at different properties in the LV area, when I came across this home that was available in a nice part of LV looking at the map and not far from the strip, however most of our time was going to be spent at the home and it fit the plan with plenty of parking for cars and room for family and friends. Nancy the owner is amazing. She was quick to respond same day usually within hours to emails that I had sent and was instrumental in helping get the home decorated to surprise my wife along with the help of her husband whose name I do not know. Nancy was every bit as pleasant on the phone as she was on email and the weekend and event could not have gone any better. My wife was floored and the family and friends that came along loved....loved the home. It was clean, spacious and decorated quite nicely with lots of things to do for the entire weekend. The home is completely stocked up with everything a vacationing family would need from towels, sheets and a Keurig machine with coffee! There are several stores close by to the home and some nice malls in Sumerlin. You will not be disappointed with this home. Nancy, thank you so much again for making my families stay memorable with your beautiful home and thank you so much for all your help, I am grateful for what you did and coordinated. Perfect home with everything you need and more!

From beginning to end Nancy is an amazing host! Communication was absolutely perfect and very quick. Myself and six of my life long lady friends chose Nancy's place for our girls getaway. I can't tell you how perfect it was! Three bathrooms to get ready in, open floor plan with plenty of areas to have quiet time if needed. The kitchen was very easy to entertain in; I cooked a lot of food for my girls and was able to do that while chatting with them. The only thing missing was a potato peeler and masher, but hey-improvise LOL! Furnishings were plush and clean! Towels, you will not run out of them here! Plenty of extra bedding if you need it! Several throw blankets which were great when some of who have hot flashes needed to crank the air down LOL. Let's talk about the outside...loved the Jacuzzi, fire pit and bar! Again, wonderful for just hanging out with the girls! Many years ago I actually lived up in the area that the house is located, I was concerned that 20 years later it may have become like a lot of Vegas...NOPE! Very quiet neighborhood (except for the laughter of 7 giddy old gals), no ghetto birds (LOL) and very clean. We truly felt safe and comfortable in the area. Not a bad UBER ride to the strip either. Grocery stores are close by, Liquor store super close. I will definitely rent Nancy's place again in the future, PERFECTION! THANK YOU VERY MUCH NANCY!

5 stars-amazing stay

Awesome home with everything you need. House is clean with plenty of entertainment. Everything was ready for us when we got there and everything worked great. Hot tub was hot, wood for the fire pit etc. This house is also very close to grocery store, video store, restaurant etc. Its located in a safe and very quiet neighborhood. Uber rides were easy as well. We had a perfect stay. We wouldn't change a thing!!!
