The Boho Chic Parker Pad consists of a 4BR home and a 2BR casita just minutes from Downtown Austin. Inspired by the boho design aesthetic of Tulum, this is the perfect backdrop for your next trip to Austin! MAIN HOUSE: The open kitchen, living, and dining areas are a welcoming space for your group to gather in. Curl up with a good book on the comfortable couch or enjoy your favorite movie on the 65" flat screen TV which offers cable + streaming. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow plenty of natural light in and offers views of the pool and hot tub. The kitchen, which overlooks the pool, is fully equipped with the essentials needed to whip up a memorable meal. Guests can sit at the breakfast bar that seats 4 or at the dining table which seats 8. The primary bedroom, which is on the first floor, offers a King size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. Just up the stairs, is the loft area with a secondary living area and flat screen TV and double sofa-bed. There are also 3 full bedrooms and 2 additional full bathrooms on this floor.  



GUEST HOUSE: The detached guest house, located behind the pool, offers a spacious secondary living space perfect for multiple families or corporate groups traveling together. The kitchen, dining and living areas are located on the first floor and 2 bedrooms, each fitted with a Queen bed and ensuite bathroom, are on the second level.

THINGS TO NOTE



1) Our Boho Chic Parker Pad is the perfect home base for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted.



2) Outdoor amenities can be utilized from 7AM to 10 PM (in accordance with the city's noise ordinance).



3) No loud music is permitted throughout your stay.



4) Pets are NOT permitted.



5) The driveway is steep but 2-3 cars can park in the driveway and street parking is permitted and easily available.



6) The pool can be heated to 86 degrees for a fee of $150 / day (plus tax).



7) This property is monitored by security cameras on the exterior of the home only.
