Nestled within a quiet neighborhood, this two bedroom property features contemporary designs, modern appliances, open spaces, and a large double garage for your convenience.

The properties enclosed backyard area offers the perfect space for entertaining , and provides plenty of room for the kids to play!

The Space:
Nestled at the end of a unit complex, you can enjoy the luxury of a private and peaceful stay. Arrive at the property to be greeted by meticulously groomed gardens and a delightful double-garage, accommodating up to two vehicles. Integrated into the garage, is a laundry area featuring a washing machine and basin, accommodating to all your laundry needs.

Step inside to find a homely space, featuring a combined living, dining and kitchen area. The space is filled with large windows, allowing plenty of natural light and warmth fill the space throughout the day.

The spacious, fully-appointed kitchen features contemporary designs, modern appliances, and a large island bench providing guests with plenty of room to create those culinary creations.

The dining room seamlessly flows on from the kitchen, containing a lovely four-seater dining suite where you can share your home-cooked meals with loved ones, and a high chair for your littlest family member.

Walk through to the inviting living room, which incorporates modern comforts, and a cosy atmosphere for you to relax in after a long day of exploring. Lounge on the comfortable seating, while catching up on your favourite shows on the smart TV, or enjoy the outdoors with access to the backyard cleverly integrated into the space via the sliding door.

Walk through to the hallway, where you will be presented with generous storage space, and easy access to the remaining rooms of the property. At the hallways end, you will find the separate toilet and bathroom. The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and luxurious bath tub where you can relax and soak into after a long day of travelling.

The two bedrooms branch off the hallway, both featuring generous built-in wardrobes for all your personal belongings and plush queen bedding facilitating that perfect nights sleep. One of the bedrooms additionally features the luxury of a wall-mounted TV for guests to enjoy from the comforts of their bed.

The secure backyard can be accessed from several spaces within the home, which features gorgeous flora and landscaping, while providing the perfect space for the kids to explore.

Guests have access to the whole house during their stay.

The Neighborhood:
With well-manicured homes, recreational areas, peaceful streets and amenities at your doorstep, Prospect is quintessential suburbia. With grocery stores, pharmacies and shopping available at either Prospect Vale Marketplace or the Old Tudor complex, you will find all you need close by.

Prospect is home to the Silverdome, which is host to many local, interstate and international sporting events and concerts. The Country Club Casino is just a stone's throw away, providing you with easy access to the luscious golf course and horse riding for the family. The Kate Reed Reserve Mountain Bike Trails are located behind the Silverdome for those wishing to enjoy a network of single tracks close to the city.

Only 8 minutes from the city, it’s an easy drive to town. Here you will find many delicious cafés and restaurants, an array of shops and boutiques, a vast range of cocktail bars and pubs and many amenities and recreational spaces. The City Park is not to be missed, surrounded by beautiful oak tree gardens, you will find unique and fun experiences to enjoy such as train rides, a playground for the children, a plant-filled conservatory, and cheeky snow monkeys.

Whilst in the CBD, make sure to visit the Cataract Gorge. A spectacular natural formation where you can enjoy long and short walks, fresh water swimming basins, the world's longest single-span chairlift and vibrant peacocks! An additional, unique way to experience this attraction is via the Tamar Cruise vessel, which cruises through the waters that carve between the rocky formations.

Getting Around:
To get the most out of your stay, to be able to explore all that Launceston and its surrounds have to offer, a car is recommended. Additionally, there are many alternative options listed below:

METRO BUS SERVICE: Metro bus service provides transportation throughout Launceston and its surrounding suburbs each day. To access timetables, routes, and prices, please visit the Metro Tasmania Website.

FREE TIGER BUS: The bus travels around the city. There are bus stops located nearby outside Princes Square Park and the Launceston General Hospital. It is easy to spot – painted with the black and brown stripes of a Tasmanian Tiger! For timetables and routes, please see the Metro Tasmania Website (Free Tiger Bus).

ELECTRIC SCOOTERS: You will find purple electric scooters scattered around Launceston. To access these, please download the App ‘Beam’. Please wear the helmet provided and be safe!

BIKE RENTAL: Roll Cycles at 112 Cimitiere St offer bike rentals with options to suit most riders. Whether you are taking a leisurely stroll around town or taking on our world-famous mountain bike trails, Roll Cycles have you covered.

UBER: Uber is a popular form of transport used by many locals and tourists. To use, simply download the ‘Uber’ app on your phone and book a ride to your destination.

TAXI: Local taxi service can be found on the internet.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE: The airport shuttle service can be found on the internet.

The unit is located within a unit complex with two other properties located on the block.

The driveway is approximately 3m wide. The garage is 6m x 6m.

A $50 fee will be charged if guests fail to check out by agreed check out time.

Please keep your showers to a maximum of 25 minutes at a time to avoid running out of hot water throughout your stay.

We have a gardener who will attend this property from time to time. It is unlikely that he will attend during your stay, however if he needs to attend the property during your stay, we will notify you.

Great place
It was a great place for an extended stay in Launceston. The pictures posted were true to our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and the house is in a quiet neighborhood. Thank you!
