This comfortable, four bedroom home is only four-tenths of a mile walk to the beautiful bay beaches of Cape Cod. We are nicely nestled on a sandy street with minimal traffic. The ocean side beaches are a bike ride away! Located in one of the Cape's prettiest towns, this home is perfect for families!

The four bedrooms are spacious, clean and comfortable! 2 sparkling brand new bathrooms make this home feel like home and the freshly painted interior is clean and inviting! For your maximum comfort, we now have AIR CONDITIONING!!!! The open floor plan is perfect for families to reconnect and spend time together! Of course this house has free wifi and a variety of board-games make for a perfect summer evening. A gorgeous, half-acre, flat yard is great for families to play wiffle ball or to just relax while lounging in a large hammock...Imagine toasting marshmallows in our custom Adirondack chairs (made by our son!)around the firepit after you return from your walk to Cook's Brook Beach to watch the sunset! The newly expanded and updated back yard patio with summer furniture is private and filled with summer flowers...and a beautiful new fence makes the large back yard perfect for families with small children !


Enjoy our brand new kitchen complete with top of the line appliances and quartz countertop. Serve meals big enough for the whole family on our newly added center kitchen island. A Weber gas grill makes outdoor eating easy and quick... with a new tank of gas always available on site for refills. A nice, clean brand new outdoor shower makes it a snap for large families to clean off after a sandy day at the beach! 6 beach chairs are always available and located in the outdoor shed. A family room with 3 large sofas makes guests feel like it is home! A circular driveway makes parking easy and convenient for visitors.

Next to our big screen tv, our lifelong collection of classic DVD movies are available to watch at any time... all the classics that our boys grew up watching!

As a family with four sons, we offer a comfortable, fun home filled with everything Cape Cod lovers dream of....it is close to miniature golfing, antique stores, great ice cream shops, the bike trails, beautiful bay and ocean beaches, and gorgeous sunsets. Great house, great beach

We had a family vacation with kids and grandkids. Plenty of space and very comfortable. It’s a beautiful area with lots to do. Would stay again!

We had a great time !!

The owners were gracious and available - although we did t need to contact them -we knew we could ! Short walk to the beautiful beach. Great restaurants and mini golf nearby.

Relaxing stay

My family of 6 had a wonderful time staying at this home. Plenty of room for everyone with a convenient location to so many activities and restaurants. The backyard was great - a large patio table with umbrella, plenty of seating, and a fire pit. And the kids enjoyed the pool table and ping pong in the basement!

Top Notch Cape home

This one level home was just perfect for our needs. The home is lovely, tastefully decorated, conveniently located and has everything needed for a comfortable vacation. We travel to the Cape every year and have rented numerous homes in the area, this was truly our favorite.

North Eastham Cottage

Beautiful stay at this lovely cottage with lots of amenities to make for a comfy stay for our extended family. Big outdoor shower, nice patio and fire out. Bathrooms fully updated and roomie living space with 3 sofas! Would like to come again if plans work out in the future.

Family vacation

Great location and property!

The location and property were great for a family get together on the Cape. Everything was as described. The Owners answered all our questions and made our stay smooth and relaxing. We enjoyed our time at the local bay side beach that we walked to, there were many restaurants nearby and it was a short ride to Marconi beach on the ocean side. We'd definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Family getaway 2023

We had a great stay in Eastham! The house was clean and spacious. Close to beaches and restaurants. Great location if you want to pop up to Provincetown or head over to Chatham. The outdoor space was great with fire pit and large table. We had 7 people in our group and we were very comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Ed and Peggy!

Great location & comfortable home

We love coming to Eastham each summer, especially the neighborhood near Cook's Brook Beach, so this home was great for walking to the beach, or to our friends' house just up the street. Comfortable beds, nice layout for gathering with an open living room/kitchen. The outside was nicely equipped with a dining table & chairs and extra seating around a fire pit, along with a nice outdoor shower. We would definitely go back!

Beautiful place to stay with family!

Peggy and Ed - What a lovely time we had at your home! The house is in a great location - we enjoyed walking to the bay and viewing the amazing sunsets each night. There was more than enough room for our family (7 adults and an infant) and the backyard was a private oasis for a cup of coffee before starting the day. The weather was spectacular too. This property was fantastic!

The property was close to the bay. We enjoyed walking down and watching the sunset and the tide go in and out. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with an outdoor shower. We had 8 people staying in the house and getting ready for a wedding and it was perfect. I would definitely recommend this property.

Long weekend family getaway

We absolutely loved Peggy and Ed’s house. It’s big, with plenty of space for more than the five people we had in our party. Loved the location, comfy beds and cozy living room, outdoor area and the fire pit! Peggy and Ed were outstanding with fast responses and made sure we had everything we needed. It was a wonderful family weekend and just what we’d hoped for.

Two fantastic weeks!

I rented this house for my husband, a grown son, and another son with his wife and toddler. The four bedrooms and two baths were perfect! The house was extremely comfortable, well-equipped, and close to the beaches, Provincetown, mini-golf, shops, and restaurants. The hosts were terrific and responsive. We all loved our stay!

Lovely Cape home

The Choinieres' house was a welcome getaway after a long year. We loved the yard and the great room; everything was super clean and comfortable and the house is attractively decorated. Outdoor shower is just the best! A terrific vacation house.

Great stay for the whole family

This is a very comfortable stay for an all ages family. The home is spacious, nicely decorated, well-equipped and close to bay beaches and Cape attractions. We all enjoyed it very much and highly recommend the home to anyone who is looking for a four bedroom home in a nice quiet neighborhood of the Cape. Our first couple of days there were rainy and we kept amused with the provided cards, games and DVDs. The hosts are gracious and very responsive.

Great stay!

Thanks for sharing your lovely home with us! We had a wonderful time! Perfect spot for a multi-generational gathering with young kids and grandparents. The house was clean and comfortable, with lots of space for all, a large, well stocked kitchen, and a big, fenced in backyard. Clean and spacious and comfortable

We had a lovely week here in August. Easy to relax in this house, with its close proximity to beach, quiet street, and comfortable, pretty, renovated interior. Nice mix of classic Cape Cod and French country! Love the one floor living. A jewel of a house for a family. Bring your own sharp knives, etc. if you like to cook; the grill is excellent! Nice big back yard for gathering. Great house.

Great stay on the Outer Cape

We really enjoyed our stay at Ed & Peggy's place in Eastham. In addition to having a perfect week of summer weather on the Cape, we appreciated all the amenities that the house had to offer. The layout of the house is perfect - especially for families with younger children. We prefer to be further out on the cape when vacationing so love the location of the property. Ironically, we never made it to Cooks Brook Beach except for sunset though if you want a beach closeby the house, Cooks Brook couldn't be closer. The outdoor shower, hammock and firepit were all added bonuses that we enjoyed using. Peggy was amazingly responsive when I had a few things I wanted to check-in with her about. Very gracious hosts who clearly take pride in their house.

Fantastic house in great location

Our stay was better than our expectations. The house was beautiful with a great outdoor space. We really enjoyed the quick walk to the beach. The location was perfect. A very quiet street with a quick drive to town. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Perfect Vacation Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this home. It was everything the description said and more. We loved the layout, lovely decor and the great backyard. The location can’t be beat - halfway between PTown and Chatham and plenty close to the National Seashore beaches. We loved Cooks Brook Beach, which was a 10 minute walk, as well as Nauset Beach, where we got to see some playful seals. All in all our family had a wonderful and memorable vacation. Thank you Peggy and Ed for being such gracious hosts. We hope we can visit your home again!

Great place for your family!

This place was great for our family of 5 for the week. There is plenty sleeping space, and the family room/kitchen area was comfortable and nicely put together. The yard was wonderful, with a nice patio furniture set, a nice grill, a great fire pit and comfy hammock. The location is accessible to all the adventures of the cape. We walked to the bayside beach for low tide, accessed the beaches in the National Park, and had fun on seal sighting and whale watching yours. Many thanks for the wonderful week!
