Your relaxing Cape Cod vacation awaits you in our contemporary and updated Eastham beach house. The home is nearly waterfront: a short walk across the dune front yard and the sandy lane leads to a private Cape Cod Bay beach! Stroll to the beach, or enjoy watching the tide and dining from the large, wrap-around deck. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Both full bathrooms have been completely remodeled.

The deck can be accessed by three sides of the home and offers spectacular Bay and sunset views. The open and airy kitchen, which has been recently remodeled, has a motorized skylight & vaulted ceilings. There is also a 1/2 bath off the kitchen. The master bedroom is on the main level. It has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, and full bath. The lower level has a large light & bright family entertainment room with pull out queen sofa, portable crib, and TV/entertainment center. There are two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin over twin bunkbed and a queen bed. There is also a full bath & a large laundry room. Central Air Conditioning, WiFi, large flat screen TVs, wrap around deck, outdoor enclosed shower, alarm system, and so much more make this tastefully decorated and well maintained home a most enjoyable vacation.

Smart locks to all external doors allows you to provide us with a four digit code to unlock any of the four doors--no need to worry about losing a key at the beach! Tesla owners will enjoy use of the Tesla Wall Connector in the 2.5 car garage. Rainy days can lead to time with table tennis (garage), board games (rumpus room) or Wii games (rumpus room).


PLEASE NOTE:
1) We allow current year tenants until October to indicate if they are returning for the following year. We do not accept reservations from new tenants until then.

2) Outdoor security cameras exist that are part of a Ring alarm system. No internal cameras are present.

3) We do not provide linens--too many divergent preferences regarding sheets and towels!

Such a special place

My husband and I stayed here with our two sons and had a wonderful time. The home was spotless and location was spectacular, perfect for swimming at high tide, exploring at low tide and enjoying breathtaking sunsets. The owner has thought of every detail to make this a lovely home to rent.

A wonderful vacation!

This is a lovely vacation house. Beautiful views. A few steps from the beach. We loved exploring the sand and mud flats during low tide and swimming at high tide. The details of the house are carefully considered and the owner of the house is thoughtful and responsive. We spent two wonderful weeks here and are dreaming of returning next summer!

Cape Cod Bay home

This is a beautiful home with all of the necessary amenities. The kitchen was beautiful with top of the line appliances. The location is as advertised and is amazing - beautiful views of the bay from the deck, with the bay only a short walk across the street - amazing sunsets! Hoping to return next year.

Eastham excellence

We have stayed in many properties over the years, but few compare to this one. The home is beautiful, proximity to the beach can not be beat and it is very clear that the host takes great pride in his home and wants his guests to have a wonderful experience. We adore the openness and feel of this house, along with the proximity to and views of the beach. It's also a quiet area, but yet still close to all of the Cape classics!

We rented in Eastham for many years. We had some good and bad experiences. We have vowed to learn from the bad experiences to make your stay the best possible. Tenant feedback is critical to the process. We will continue to invest in this house to make your stay the best possible. Since purchasing our home in May of 2013, we've made the following improvements:
2013: new electronics, kitchen equipment, artwork
2014: renovated and expanded both full bathrooms; new living room furniture, and new/larger deck
2015: renovated 1st floor bedrooms, with new furniture and porelain tile floors. New deck furniture.
2019: new doors/windows/blinds, roof, siding, and porcelain tile floor on the second floor. New smart locks on all doors
2020: updated 1/2 bath
