What you described with the toaster, blinds, oven door, and TV setup is not the standard we aim to provide, and we completely understand how frustrating that must have been during your stay. This is not the experience we want for our guests, and we will be addressing these maintenance concerns with our team immediately to ensure they are properly resolved and better prevented in the future.
