This privately owned, exquisitely decorated, and professionally managed residence has beautiful ocean views towards the setting sun. Filtered sun light sparkles through the creme colored great room, illuminating the richly colored custom decor. Floor to ceiling solid glass and screen doors fully retract into hidden pockets, creating a complete open-air living experience. D101 has a unique corner location that provides a considerable amount of privacy. Your home is wrapped on 3 sides by lush verdant tropical greenery that gives it a tucked into the garden ambiance.

The interior decor, furnishings, and amenities of this extraordinary villa were updated in 2022 with all new wall paint, an illuminated quartz kitchen counter, a new gas range, new lighting, and other upgrades.

There are three very spacious bedroom suites. The master bedroom has a California king bed and an en-suite bath. The second bedroom has two queen beds and large en-suite bath. The third bedroom has patio access, an en-suite bath and a king bed.

D101 is stocked with useful guest supplies such as assorted fresh Maui coffee, teas, popcorn, herbs/spices, full-size containers of assorted soap and paper products, make-up remover, and more. We also provide beach coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels. These items are provided for your use on Wailea Beach in front of the resort, but the supplies provided in D101 are helpful if you wish to explore other nearby beaches and if participating in water sports or on boat/yacht excursions.

The great room has an 88 inch HDR TV. All rooms have Apple TV and HD cable boxes with HD programs. The great room has HD DVR to record your favorite programs when at the beach. D101 also provides free NETFLIX unlimited viewing in the great room and all bedrooms, charging systems, and a villa-wide central speaker system.

The gourmet kitchen is well-equipped with a generous array of better quality cooking and dining supplies including two Sub-Zero refrigerators with freezer/ice maker and beverage drawers, stainless steel five burner gas cook top, Thermador convection and microwave oven, Bosch electronic dishwasher, Espresso machine, dual coffee makers, coffee grinder, and Viking gas grill.

Just outside the villa are abundant verdant tropical palms, hibiscus, banana, heliconia, bird of paradise, ferns, and other enchanting flora and fauna. We call this a "Pool Villa" because it is one of just a few villas within this resort with its own cold splash plunge pool. The pool is surrounded by a petite size grass lawn with chaise lounge chairs for sunning. Located off the master bedroom suite is a lava-rock encircled outdoor hot/cold grotto shower.

Access the adult pool and Wailea Beach by stepping outside and strolling one short block down a staircase facing a gorgeous cascading waterfall, then along a stream decorated with lily pads and pastel colored hibiscus flowers. At night, blazing tiki torches frame the beach and pool access walkway. A second family pool is just up above D101 and this is where children under 18 are invited to swim and soak.

However, from time to time, realtors may request a showing during your stay, and they may offer a small gift as a token of appreciation for your flexibility. In the unlikely event we are forced to cancel your reservation, we will do our utmost to provide an alternative upgraded accommodation. - Only guests registered as staying in a villa and villa owners are permitted to use the common areas and amenities on property, including the Fitness Center, Beach Services and the pools at Wailea Beach Villas.
- The adult pool closest to the beach welcomes all guests 18 and over. Younger guests are invited to enjoy the family pool located just below the lobby.
- Please expect ambient audible living noises including but not limited to children playing, person-to-person conversations, public space music, noise and music from adjacent luaus, sunset horns, and periodic firework celebrations.
- You will be a guest in a villa/apartment residential resort with a mix of permanent residents and vacationing visitors. The villas are fee simple condominiums with individual owners. The on-site services are not intended to fully duplicate those of a luxury hotel. Valet parking and luggage service may be available only during limited hours.
- Supervision of children when using outdoor balcony/veranda "lanai" areas within the resort is required.
- The plunge pool is not heated. On-site maintenance for the cold splash plunge pool and live plants is performed weekly.
- Parking is provided on property for one vehicle on a complimentary basis. Additional vehicle parking may be limited and costs may apply.

Wailea Beach Villas is a private gated community for registered guests only. Each of our luxury villas has a stated maximum occupancy, detailed on PrivateParadiseVillas.com and in your Agreement. Friends and family staying elsewhere on island during your visit are not a part of your Agreement and the guest list, and therefore are absolutely prohibited from entering Wailea Beach Villas and using the common element facilities such as the pools and fitness center. In order to have your friends or family members enjoy vacationing with you, please inquire with us regarding the availability of any other additional Wailea Beach Villas to rent. All gatherings must be planned for locations other than within Wailea Beach Villas community property. Extra charges for excess occupancy and excess departure cleaning fees will be charged, if applicable, following any over-occupancy event. Resort management reserves the right to ask non-registered guests to depart the pool and property grounds immediately.
