Coastal Hideaway is an expansive three-story home perched above Atawhai with picturesque views over Nelson's Haven, Boulder Bank & Tasman Bay.

With semi-rural & forest-like surrounds & wrap around gardens, Coastal Hideaway offers exceptional privacy. This unique home spreads across three levels, providing every room with a sea view and all-day sun. The outdoor living area is sheltered & flows seamlessly from the open-plan entertainment level.

You will love relaxing in this comfortable home infused with personality & style, made for laid back living. Hang out on the deck listening to the birdsong, enjoy alfresco dining & admire the amazing sunsets over the bay! Explore the winding path up the hill to enjoy the views or head to the sea for a swim, kayak or paddle board on the Haven at full tide!

**Special conditions & notes**:

- No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets.

- This home is made available to guests on an occasional basis. This allows you access to a superb & well-equipped home with the minor trade-off that storage may be required for owner belongings.

- Car parking - Off-street parking for 2 vehicles is possible at the entry level, providing for easy access.

- Check-in is possible anytime after 2pm. Please try to arrive during business hours where possible (our team are available 7 days a week as late as 8pm).

- Late arrivals after 8pm are available by agreement only. An additional charge of NZ$50.00 will apply.

**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.

- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)
