Thank you, Mitul hope to have you all back! For future guest I ask you put the towels in the washer and than the dryer before you leave. Reason being it takes so long for towels to dry. I also ask you to take off the sheets and stuff them in your pillow case and leave them by the bed. Hope this isn't to much to ask, with turn overs the same day it really helps out. Dear Anne, Glad you had a good time. Surprised you thought the pictures on my site were misleading. You are the only person that has made that comment. Most people feel that the place is much more than what the pictures show. Not sure about your comment regarding the bunk bedroom connecting to the garage. There is a solid exterior door that separates the bedroom from the garage and also another door that separates from the main living space. As you stated there is no whole house A/C however there are numerous portable A/C units throughout. I’m very happy the six children enjoyed all the games and activities in the garage. The summer was above and beyond a hot , dry, fire season. Hope 2016 is cooler with this in mind for the upcoming 2016 summer there will be ductless air conditioning system installed. Thenk you Art for the review and we so enjoyed your stay. Hope everyone is well and healthy! Brenda

This is no Bait and Switch place. The first three pictures on the website are of the patio which the second picture is of the patio and the third picture is a video of the home you stayed at. There are no pictures of the other home next door that you thought you rented. The hot tub was replaced last year. The home was repainted two years ago. The floors downstairs and carpet upstairs were replaced two years ago There are reflected numbers on the only mailbox at the end of the driveway and are very easy to see. I meet you to deliver the keys, and show you around and if you have any question I’m there in person to answer them. If you arrive late into the late evening I can walk you through everything like I did Jeff over the phone or come by the next day . I do not demand check in time at 4, that is when the cleaning will be done. The check in times and check out times are on the website. You evidently thought you had rented the other home so when they asked about the pond and the other home. I needed to explain the rules regarding the pond and the other home located next to them that this is not part of the smaller rental only the common area with the volleyball and the horseshoe pits. Yes, you have your own private fire pit, hot tub, and back yard. Standard to wash and put the towels in the dryer. The sand from the volleyball court and the horse shoe pits tend to end up in the new Hottub. So I ask that you wash your feet before entering the hot tub and if there is an excess amount of sand you will be charged as the jets cannot handle it and I have to call to get serviced. Since putting on the extra charge for excess amount of sand in the hot tub’s there has been no issues and no one has been charged. The lights in the cabin have dimmer switches so it may have been the case that they thought the lights were not working, since checked and no problems there. The downstairs is always cool even in high temp, along with the garage, or play room. The upstairs has air conditioning and is three years old and works great. There is no mold nor musty smell that any of us, meaning thee cleaning ladies and myself, can figure out what he or their group is talking about. In the case of the shower head, it was working perfectly the day you arrived because we had cleaned that day. No charge just replaced it. The kitchen is fully stocked with pot and pans.T The towels are all new and in great shape! There has been no complaints about the couch The hot tub is a six person hot tub and I’m truly thankful you enjoyed it on your two night stay. For future guest please, if your unhappy with something please let us know, we will do everything we can to fix any problem that might arise. This is the a worst review we have ever received. I take a lot of pride in and how the place is taken care of. I have tried reaching out to the renters with no reply! I also have listing VRBO 647022, 1233571 and this listing is 97407. Sorry that you were confused in which home you were booking. But everything on this website is actual and factual.

For future guests the cabin that is located 20 feet from the main house is the fourth bedroom with 2 queens, cot, table, tv, walk in closet, small refrigerator, and outside porta potty. Thank you for your great review and hope to have you all back!

Thank you for the nice review. We try our best to provide a warm, fun and well-kept home. We encourage our guests to have a great time and take advantage of all that we have to offer. We try to make sure that each new guest is greeted with the same level of high standards that we are so proud of. With that said, there are very few occasions when extra attention is required to maintain those standards, like when pets are allowed into the house and on the furniture. Or when the hot tub is used heavily and there may have been adult beverages involved. In these types of cases, there is extra work and materials required to maintaining the quality of the property.
