Good place to stay for a couple. Communication was a little hard Evolve had the wrong phone number listed for guest contact. Took a little while to in contact with guest to determine dock number.

Great Getaway!

Spent a few days to get away from it all. Great location close to so many things to do. Great host! Accommodations were excellent !

Excellent Birding Location!

We came on a birding trip to Magee Marsh and other hotspots. The location couldn’t be better. The bed was comfortable, we had all the essentials, and check in/out was a breeze. Hope to stay here again!

We do have it listed in our information as being near the Green Cove community, and we understand that it may feel intimidating to some guests.That said, the plant is one of the area’s largest employers and has contributed to the community in many positive ways over the years. We appreciate your perspective and hope that on a future visit, you might see the cooling tower as part of the community’s partnership and growth."

Great for birders!

I went to do birdwatching at Magee Marsh and fhe condo was just a short drive away. It even had a view off the back balcony of a little marsh with plenty of birds of its own! It was cute and clean and I'm very happy I stayed there!

Very Nice little Place!

Check in was seamless and easy. The place was very clean and spacous enough for the four of us (2 couples). Even the pull-out bed was very comfortable! About 15 minutes from Port Clinton and the Jet Express. Very nice and and reasonably priced. Will stay here again next time we're up that way.

Great Stay

Great location for birding!! Love the condo views and pool. There are several birds who have housed in the hallway though that are distracting when you enter condo. Other than that perfect getaway.

This property was everything we needed. It was very clean, which makes it #1 on my list. The location was perfect for visiting Magee Marsh. Owners were very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

This condo was the perfect size for two of us. Everything was clean, the bathroom and kitchen were fully stocked. The owner even provided a basket of snacks for us! It is a quiet area which we appreciated but there is not much to do - fyi

Great spot

Everything was as described. We were looking for someplace quiet and during the week this place was awesome. I could see where it would get busy on the weekends. Everyone in the neighborhood was super nice. The pool was also nice. Will definitely come back.

Far drives and right next to a nuclear power plant was intimidating. Birds nesting in our entrance way. Everything closed to early. The walking trails for bird watching were the best.

From the owner: "We apologize for the presence of the birds. The HOA and property owners are actively exploring new methods to prevent barn swallows from nesting. Once they have nested, we are unable to relocate them. Since your visit, we have purchased a screen to assist with this issue. Great for birding!

My family and I stayed at this condo for our trip to the Biggest Week in American Birding. What a fabulous location! The condo is about a seven-minute drive from the entrance to Magee Marsh. It's even closer than the conference hotel. As for the condo, it was great: clean and quiet. There was so much exciting birding going on that we didn't spend much time inside, but it made for a tremendous base of operations for our stay. We hope to be back. Thanks!

Great customer service

We had a brief hiccup upon trying to get into the unit. We worked with the property manager, and she went above and beyond what she needed to do. The communication was awesome. The customer service was the best. Definitely going again next year. This was our second year staying at this property and it did not disappoint. There is a lot to do in the area. We discovered on this visit four different state parks right in the immediate area.

Very good

Stay was what we hoped. Only notes we have is there was no extra toilet paper, we ran out the last morning. There was no dish soap. The binder with info needs better info on available tv channels. These are tiny nit -icks. The unit was great, the location was lovely. Really, all positive stuff.

Nice Getaway

Property was centrally located to attractions. A few issues included no cable, no dressers to put your clothes in and somewhat dated furniture. Quiet area if you're looking for peace and relaxation. Rules in the condo need updated to the ones you get online. Example check out time different, no pets, what condition to leave condo. Book included cable channel guide but no cable whatsoever. There was one of those cheap indoor antennas. Was able to get a few Toledo stations off and on. Also a king bed would have been more comfortable. All in all about a 7 out of a 10.

We visited places around the Lake Erie shore over several days. The condo was clean and comfortable. We appreciated being able to bring along our dog, a Westie.While the condo was a safe, clean place to rest and recharge, the kitchen and bathroom are in need of an updating. Also, we did not know until we got there that our rental was on the third floor of the building. Our dog feared the steps because they were open in the back, so we had to carry her up each time we returned from an outing. We would not have rented it had we known that.Finally, we emailed the condo management twice asking for a later check out but never got a response. Finally we called the management company on the last day asking again, and then got a return call from the owner approving a late check out.All in all, it was a pleasant stay in spite of the mayflies.
