My home offers 3 floors of living space, 5 luxury bed and; 3.5 spa baths so everyone has plenty of room to spread out. My house is near everything you want to do in Chicago: walk to the United Center, West Loop foodie scene, Fulton Market breweries, L train for easy transit, UIC and Rush hospital and the medical district, close to the Loop and everything downtown. My deck and private backyard make it a great summer hangout!


Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate.  If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.


Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only.  Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.


Any guest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all people in the group.  Bookings made on behalf of others are allowed for some unique circumstances so please inquire if you are planning to book for someone else but do not intend to stay yourself.


Parking in the city can be tricky and is not guaranteed. There may be some street parking available nearby, but please be sure to read all posted signs before parking anywhere on the street to avoid being ticketed or towed. To guarantee a spot, you can use a parking app like SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book parking spots ahead of time around the city.


Very simply, please respect my home and my neighbors. Please read these rules carefully and take them seriously, failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or termination of your reservation without a refund.


1.) No parties or additional overnight guests without prior approval. Noise disturbances reported by neighbors or police are unacceptable.

2.) Additional visitors are not permitted at my property.  Only registered guests may access the property for the entire duration of your stay.

3.) Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to the designated location by the agreed upon check-out time. Failure to do so will result in a $250 late check-out penalty.

4.) Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit or on building premises. Additionally, local law prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $1,000 smoke remediation charge. “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer, joint, or other tobacco or marijuana product in any manner or in any form. No marijuana, medical or otherwise, may be used, grown, stored or consumed on the premises.

5.) Please be respectful of my neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily.

6.) Pets are not allowed at the property unless previously approved and pet fee paid. You will be charged $500 if you bring an unauthorized animal.

7.) Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $50 per key fee.

8.) I acknowledge that as the primary guest on the reservation that I am staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay and responsible for the actions of all guests.  If you are NOT staying at the property and booking on behalf of others, please contact us as limited exceptions are permitted to this rule.

9.) Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only.  Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.

10.) Lost and Found:  We are not responsible for any personal items left behind. If you let us know what personal items you are missing we will make an attempt to locate those in our lost and found and have them shipped to you at your own expense. Please be sure to check the home (including all drawers and closets) before you depart to ensure you have all of your personal belongings.

* To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay, provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose.

* We do additional verifications using AutoHost after you book and we reserve the right to reject bookings that fail our tests. Additionally, you must have a good track record on Airbnb as a guest.

Beyond disappointed
My sisters and I planned an Anniversary Trip for our parents to Chicago. Our lodging accommodations were booked via VRBO. We were excited to find a place that would accommodate a big group. When we arrived, there were some security concerns with the area surprisingly because the reviews never mentioned that the area was in a gentrified neighborhood. Everything went smooth with checkin codes for gate access into the rental. We were doing a walk through of the property while waiting on other family members to arrive. Soon discovered a bad bug issue in the basement of our living space. There were bugs in the door area, bathroom, kitchen and soon were even in the bedrooms, alive and dead. Throughout our stay bugs were an issue even upstairs in other guest rooms. I immediately called VRBO to try to get the matter resolved before our guest of honor arrived because I was unable to reach the building owner and the concierge team assigned to handle the listing told me to “wait and see.” Ended up on the phone with VRBO for over 3 hours, got a case opened up to try and find emergency housing but never could provide me with a resolution. 24 hours later the next evening while at dinner with my family someone finally called and offered to spray the rental. This after a whole evening of having to purchase our own spray and manage the bug issue ourselves. Due to the lack of responsiveness, bugs, location and service (the concierge team’s handling of problem showed a complete disregard for our plight) we received I definitely would not recommend this rental. I never wanted to leave a review, just wanted to put the entire disappointing situation behind us, but I felt compelled to. I see why this property is no longer available on VRBO’s site.

Had a rental feel. Furnishings were simple but functional. Location was a bit sketchy especially at night, felt safe at daytime.

Great spot for a weekend trip!
This property was just like the listing and in a great area! We were a group of 7 girls that stayed here for a weekend and it was the perfect amount of space for us. It was easy to find street parking, communication with the host was great, and the location made it easy to get to different parts of the city!
