First appearance the place was clean and tidy till we open the cupboards and drawers in the kitchen. All items were dirty with food stuck in them and glasses where it was obvious that they weren’t washed. We had to wash all items before using them. The dishwasher bottom drawer didn’t slide on its rails and left food on items. The oven didn’t work. In the bedrooms, both ceiling fans had dust caked all over them making us scared to use them. Mattresses were hard and could feel every spring. Pillows were flat and hard. Curtains were only just hanging and did little to block the street lights. Host knew we were going to use the sofa. When unfolded we had to vacuum the sofa before applying the sheets. When looking for sheets, we came across two mouldy cushions.Communication was good but we don’t recommend this place. Payment and check-in instructions were through a third party application.

This was a great unit and suited our requirements. It was clean and tidy and had all the comforts of home. It was close to Albion train station which was great. Was a little difficult finding the letterbox to get the keys which was around the corner from the driveway and instructions on which car park to park in would have been useful, took us ages to find which spot to park in. All in all we had an enjoyable stay.

Overall good property- the communication with made comfy was OK but had to followup alot with them. instructions for entry were confusing as address is not the same as the actual place - otherwise great location and the place is lovely

Pleasant stay

Good location and nice clean apartment. Only challenge was the address is wrong so took a minute to find. The property is managed by a company, and they were responsive to helping find the place.
