Ebbtide 12 Forster

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been visiting this unit for at least 10-12 weeks a yearfor many years and still are captivated by the magnificent view. The lounge is starting to look a little old - but who cares just look out the front and throw a towel over the lounge!!! We will be back again 2025

Lift not working

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lift not working & jackhammers going throughout building & very noisy making it very uncomfortable for the price we paid . A lack of information from staff as to how scanning of key system worked. Wouldn’t use wisebury again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very enjoyable stay at FABULOUS FORSTER. The unit is locatedOpposite beach and adjacent to the surf club. Always there is something interesting happening, boats coming and going ,dolphins swimming past.I even caught some fish.

visit to Forster

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was good except for a few things. When I asked about parking around the back to unpack the agency knew very little. We weren't game enough to park at ground level and eventually found a numbered parking place downstairs. Then we found there was no lift to ground level, had no idea how to work the ground level lift after carrying things up, as we are old and had no idea that the little thing on the key worked the doors, lift etc. After three trips via the stairs a person showed us how to work the lift. Also, we would have liked to have been told that the intercom did not work and had to find that out for ourselves, with difficulty. There was hardly ever anyone around whom we could have asked, and the agency was very polite when I rang but couldn't help much. Also, we would have appreciated some information re getting rid of rubbish, and we put it all in the bins across the road. Everything else was fine, but some information when we picked up the key would have been a great help. The street was so much easier for parking than the downstairs car park.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great unit. We knew there were renovations of the unit block being done but didn’t realize there would be jack hammering all day. Apart from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
