The rental is very clean, shown as the pictures on the site, well appointed with kitchen equipment etc. Communication with renter was great. Beds were very comfortable and there was care to detail. The neighbourhood/outside area is a little tired but once inside it was perfect.

The place is great, we use it annually for our pilots we bring in from out of town and they love it! The owners are great to work with and always very accommodating.

Check in was easy, place was well appointed and clean, beds were comfortable. One parking space but there is parking on the street. Large greenspace behind the place so if you have pets it would be a great place to stay with the furries. Easy to find. Overall it was a good experience.

The accommodation had good spacing and arrangements. All equipment and facilities needed for daily living were provided and it felt like home. I was sad to leave and I hope to visit again. Highly recommended.

Host welcoming and very helpful. Very responsive to our needs. Facility was very nice, clean, in good condition and had everything we needed. Very prompt snow clearing. Great location for quickly getting around town. I would definitely stay there again.

Small and sweet; all we needed. Clean, and stocked appropriately for guests. Excellent, and quick communicating hosts. Cool view from the back! Excellent location for visiting Winnipeg from. Area currently under road construction (July 2025), we had an easier time approaching property from the south.

Family time

Visited Winnipeg locations conducive to children as we had our grandchildren and sons visiting. Close to all but one location we chose.

Great Beds but that is about it!

I looked high and low for a property in Winnipeg to fit six people with a table for six people. Luckily two of our group members canceled, six adults would have been too many for that space and to share one bathroom. The bedrooms are small! The bathroom is small, but the mirrors outside of the bathroom are great for the young ones to put on their makeup. The kitchen was not well stocked, no pizza pan, cutter, no baggies, no foil/wrap, no ice. The neighborhood is a little sketchy and the property was difficult to find with the GPS. I was surprised there was no welcome note / gift from the host. The bathroom had pee on the bottom of the bowl, clearly not cleaned. Pet hair in the kitchen attached to the table legs. The host did not answer calls -- and did not e-mail the information until the day of and it would have been nice to have the information well before traveling.

We stayed here for two nights and three days. The house was clean inside, and the kitchen was very well stocked, which we appreciated. The furnishings and décor were quite basic and inexpensive, but the home itself had what we needed.Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the exterior of the property and the surrounding area. From the listing, I was under the impression that the house was located in a much nicer residential area. When we arrived, the overall appearance was very different from what I expected. The homes are extremely close together, several neighboring properties had a lot of clutter and belongings outside, and the general appearance of the immediate area felt run-down and unclean. Personally, I did not feel very comfortable or safe with the surroundings.For the price, I was particularly disappointed. We paid over 650 for only two nights, and I don’t feel the property or location reflected that price point. At that rate, I expected a much nicer overall property and setting.The inside of the house was clean and the kitchen was well equipped, so I do want to give credit for that. However, I think the listing should provide a more accurate representation of the exterior and immediate surroundings so guests know what to expect before booking.

We stayed at this lovely Vrbo for a weekend trip to Winnipeg and it met our needs perfectly. It was located in an area of the city that was close to what we were doing for the weekend. Our first impression of the inside of the space was that is was very bright and clean. It was well appointed with all the furnishings and small appliances one needs while away from home. Loved the Bali theme. We had recently visited Bali in October so we were excited to see how it was furnished and decorated. It didn't disappoint. The bathroom was bright and offered a stand up shower and was nicely renovated. Having a full size washer and drier was helpful and useful as we did a load of laundry the first night we arrived. The towels and linens were of high quality and smelled freshly laundered. The host was easy to communicate with and was quick to respond on the first night when we tried to enter the lock code and had some trouble with the key pad. The area is walkable to the local community pool and grocery stores. The a/c worked well and kept the place nice and cool with the outside temps in the 30's that weekend.The property is located in a less desirable neighbourhood, although don't let the outside appearances deter you from this little gem of an Vrbo. There is a parking spot out back off the back lane for a mid-size car, but nothing bigger as it is a shared laneway.

Everything that was posted in the website was beyond my expectations. Stas is an amazing host and took very good care of us. He would always check-in with us to see if we needed anything, he is very accommodating. The place is very clean and organize. The place had everything we needed. Amazing host and place! Thank you!

We (2 adults, 2 kids) had a wonderfully stay. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Groceries and restaurants were close by too.
