First floor offers a gorgeous Living Room, amazing Kitchen with island seating, separate Dining area, Bedroom and full Bath with walk in shower. Slider off the Dining area opens to the outdoor deck with gas grill & seating.

Ascend to the second floor to find 2 large Bedrooms, laundry room and a second full Bath with tub/shower. Everything is sparkly, shiny and new!

Cape Cod Canal, restaurants, bike path, Sandwich Boardwalk and Town Neck Beach are all within walking distance. Your pet may be accepted with prior permission.

PET FRIENDLY HOMES are for a DOG only. This home allows 1 dog with a $25 per night fee. With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $25 per night fee. A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.
Max parking of cars at property: 2 - No parking on lawn anytime.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
