This 1280 sq-foot, two-bedroom, walk-up condo is just steps away from Pensacola Bay. From the living room and master bedroom, you have views of the large grassy yard with the sail boats skimming across the bay just beyond the grass. The 96 sq foot balcony is the place to just relax the day away while enjoying a good book or an evening cocktail.
The kitchen is open to the living room allowing everyone to visit with preparing a quick meal before a day enjoying the sun on the white sand beaches and swimming in the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Perfect for the family or two couples, this condo will sleep 6. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom has a king-size bed while the second bedroom has a queen-bed with twin bunk beds.
The condo has 2.5 bathrooms.

Amazing townhouse with the perfect location!

From my very first impression I was beyond amazed at the property. The pictures don’t really do it any justice. Looks much better in person. It was nice and spacious with room for my family to sleep and for everyone to just move around. Townhouse truly had everything that you could need. Checkin process was super easy and the property management checked on me several times prior to checking in. They even assisted me with after hours checkin. Location was perfect because the beach it right across the street and huge pool is just across the parking lot. I unfortunately was there this past weekend where the was a tornado. Management checked on us the night of and even the next day so that was great customer service. My only negative was the cleanliness of the townhouse. Both of my children has long blonde hairs in their beds and on pillows. There was even animal hair on the couches and sofas so that wasn’t fun. Had to wash all of the linens before we could even go to sleep so that was definitely a bad experience for my family and I. I truly wish that they could’ve just double checked the townhouse before we got there or even gave it a deep clean prior so we could’ve left on a good not but other than this, the property was great for my family on our vacation.

We had a blast—pool was really nice and the sunset from the balcony amazing! At check-in she recommended instacart and that was amazinf and easy! Will definitely be back!

Traumatic experience

The property was as described and our stay started off fine but unfortunately we ran into an issue with roaches multiple times in the condo over the first few days. The sizes and life stages varied from nymphs both small and medium, to large 2 inch adult sized American cockroaches. We tried to reach out for help and had very poor communication with the property manager. She downplayed the roaches calling them harmless palmetto bugs (a generic term covering a variety of roaches but defining none). She did offer for someone to come spray but it wouldn’t be for a couple of days and on the day before we were leaving. This did not help put me at ease considering my youngest child is 2 and I was concerned about our family being exposed to disease as well as the bugs coming home with us. The manager Lori yelled at me over the phone saying that it isn’t fair to the property owner I requested a full refund for our stay and she showed no signs of concern accept for urging us to clean up and leave and that she would process a partial refund but not until we left. I tried to ask for a written message confirmation of a refund and she kept talking over me and trying to hang up. I had no assurance of a dollar amount or confirmation that we would be reimbursed at all. From that point I only communicated with her through the Vrbo app message system. I called Vrbo and they said this falls under a “minor” issue and I need to work it out with the property owner which seemed impossible. I also received wrong information by two different Vrbo reps telling me that if I did leave the condo early it would be considered a “guest cancellation” and that would make me ineligible for a refund from the property owner. The Vrbo rep was actually recommending that I stay there and not leave until I received the refund. Therefore I felt trapped! This was a very traumatic feeling to experience on a family vacation. As I mentioned it was not just the bugs themselves but the lack of customer service and proper education from both parties that lead to this crisis. She said through the message that Vrbo was suggesting that we relocate but she never told us where we could go. I thought she wanted to relocate us to another condo in the same subdivision and that was too close for comfort to the bugs. She did not educate me about my options. This really made it hard for me to trust her since I had already been shamed for asking for a refund and gotten conflicting information from Vrbo.

Loved every minute!

Everything was wonderful!! It was close enough (but not too close) to all the business near the pier, it was a short walk to the bay, the pool, and the gulf, all of the people we met were super friendly, and the condo was perfectly adorned in beach decor! Can’t wait to go back!!
