Entertainers will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, plus a handy kitchenette adjacent to the alfresco area, for convenience for those choosing to relax poolside. The main kitchen being the hub of the home is located upstairs and features a large island bench, stone bench tops, Ilve oven and gas cooktop.
Seamlessly blending inside and out through glass concertina doors, the alfresco entertaining area takes in the built in BBQ area, manicured grass down to the sparkling inground pool. This area is flanked by mature potted plants offering a private sanctuary.
Bedding configurations are as followed:
Master bedroom 1: 1x King Bed - with ensuite.
Bedroom 2: 1x King Bed - can be split into 2x King Singles upon request.
Bedroom 3: 1x King Bed - can be split into 2x King Singles upon request.

- We only take a maximum of 8 adults, no individual bookings. - Must be at least 25 years of age to book and stay unless a family with children. - Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group. - Set up principle for families - we are API connected hosts so are permitted with airbnb to take external security bond, id and a signed rental agreement. - Strictly no smoking.
"Things You Need to Know Before You Book" - We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement. - We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back). This is separate from Airbnb identity verification. - We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info - For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction. - All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
Please note: a pet fee of $37 per animal, per night (max. 2), will be charged separately to reservation total. Pets will be need to approved, and questions answered about the pet prior to checkin. If you are bringing a pet please note the bond will be raised to $2000.

Beautiful House and Location
The Manly house is spacious and clean and just a short walk down to the water and great restaurants. The management team was very helpful and friendly.

Perfect spot for us to be able to enjoy the esplanade for morning walks, markets and breakfasts - catching the train to the city was an added bonus. Pet friendly so our Cav enjoyed the holiday as well. Highly recommend

House was clean - Pool was not
The house was immaculate but the pool was a complete let down. We hired this house to utilise and enjoy the outside area and the pool was uncleaned and unusable. Although a pool cleaner did come on our second day there, he advised not to use the pool due to level of cleaning fluids he needed to use to get it back to usable. As we only had 2 nights at the property, this was a real let down and disappointment.

The property is set up for a big group and would be a wonderful place to entertain if you had family or friends also visiting in the area. However, the rules were almost stifling. Not a single unregistered guest allowed on the property, so we couldn’t invite anyone to the home to visit us for a swim or a bbq breakfast, or a drink before dinner. The space was great, it was clean, tidy, and comfortable but the rules took the joy out of staying, of allowing us to feel relaxed in the home. We didn’t want anyone to drop in unannounced. I understand the need for rules so the house is not ruined by parties. But the way to discourage parties is also not make the house able to sleep so many. The fans work in the bunk rooms. So portable fans were found and used.
The house itself is pretty, stylish, has a trampoline and great pool, two dishwashers, lots of cups, glasses, plates etc and two tv rooms so you can spread out. But I would recommend a little more relaxed approach to guests, so they can really enjoy the space.

Extremely Poor - Give this property a miss!!!
We arrived on site and the inside of the property was similar to what was advertised and the inside generally appeared ok. But we then went out to the back yard, the pool and grass areas were just terrible. The beautiful blue pool and green grass shown in the marketing photos looked so beautiful, but in reality, they were the complete opposite. The pool was a brown/green colour and had algae, dirt, sand all through it. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in 6 months. The pool surrounds and pavers were also filthy and had weeds, grass and dirt all over them. The outdoor furniture could not be used as this too was filthy. The grassed area between the pool and house was overgrown and had leaves, foliage all over it and it didn't look like it had been mown for weeks. During our stay we made contact with the booking agents, and they tried to assist but the bottom line is NOTHING was cleaned or fixed during our entire stay. We paid a lot of money to stay at what was advertised as an 'Oasis' which in reality the pool and backyard were a disgrace. During our entire 4 day stay we couldn't use the back yard or pool areas because of their extremely poor condition. How hard is it to maintain a pool, cut the grass and wash down some pavers. We have not had any follow up communication, nor have we received any feedback or apology. But we were charged in full for every day. My only advice is whoever owns this property, is that they should be changing property managers in a hurry.
