2BR, 2BA house with hot tub located in the most desirable area of Fort

Lauderdale, Poinsettia Heights, 1 ½ mile from the sunny beaches, close to fine

dinning, shopping, the Wilton Drive bars and entertainment. Appreciate the

energizing open living in this beautiful and airy house with high speed WIFI

and Roku. You will love the newly upgraded kitchen with beautiful granite

counter tops and the flawless balance of luxury, cleanliness, and stylish

warmth. Enjoy relaxing in the hot tub or sitting on the patio surrounded with

the lush tropical garden setting. It has all the kitchen essentials plus

private washer/dryer for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Maximum occupancy is 6 sleeps, and you will be charged with an additional fee

if exceeding the maximum occupancy.

We had a lovely week and Louis was a terrific host, the house was clean, thoughtfully appointed and comfortable, the yard is gorgeous and we can't wait to visit again!

Great place and location.

For two couples looking to be near the beach, you can’t beat this place. Updated kitchen is beautiful and hot tub was an added bonus. Stores and restaurants are in walking distance and the beach 10 minutes away. Very safe neighborhood and the hosts were great to work with.

Home is as advertised. Nice neighbourhood, Quiet and well maintained. Bathrooms could use some upgrades. Owner was very responsive to questions and checked in regularly to see that we had everything we needed. Would recommend if you plan on staying in the area.

Fabulous

The house was exactly as described. My wife and I were traveling to the area for a business trip. We were very appreciative that this was a pet friendly accommodation. The kitchen was missing nothing, we enjoyed the backyard which was very private and especially enjoyed the hot tub. The neighborhood was great, very quiet. and was perfect for walking our dog. Louis was incredibly accommodating when I needed a late checkout because of my work schedule. We would certainly stay here again.

The property is an old house in an old neighborhood. We found much of the property to be “long in the tooth” and in need of update/repair. The bathrooms were small. The neighborhood was quiet and appeared safe. The property is close to US 1providing easy access to Fort Lauderdale. Our host was a good communicator. The house was clean and well stocked. The cable and WiFi were great.
