The first floor has a bedroom with a queen and an extra room with a twin sofa sleeper and TV. The second floor. Second bedroom has a king and the third bedroom has a queen. Modern amenities abound, from the convenience of a dishwasher and washer/dryer to the entertainment options of board games and a smart TV for streaming your favorite shows. This house has a regular coffee maker.

Outside, the enchantment continues with a patio area overlooking the picturesque cove, where you can soak in the tranquil ambiance. For the adventurous souls, you can rent from the local kayak company that can be launched from the property during high tide, promising a fun adventure for all ages!

A Sea Maine team member will meet you upon check-in to deliver keys, give a tour of the home, and answer any questions you may have.

IMPORTANT:
Instead of placing a security deposit hold on your card, we include a small, non-refundable $25 damage waiver in the reservation total—so your funds remain available throughout your trip. This Waiver covers damages up to $300.

Please note: Guests who bring unauthorized pets to the property without prior approval will incur a $500 fee and may be asked to leave.
• Quiet hours are 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors at all times.
• Maximum occupancy is as shown on the listing. Additional guests are subject to $25/person/night and may result in cancellation if excessive.
• A mandatory, non-refundable damage waiver is included in your reservation total in place of a security deposit. Guests remain responsible for damage exceeding coverage or resulting from negligence or rule violations.
• Pets are not allowed at this property. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees or cancellation. ADA Compliant Service Animals are permitted.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (indoors or outdoors).
• Open flames (fireplaces, fire pits, etc.) require prior written approval.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings without written approval.
