Full of sunlight, ocean breezes, and gorgeous views of Lobster Cove, this oceanfront apartment is a beautiful home base for taking in the beauty of Boothbay Harbor. With Barrett Park right next door and the footbridge within walking distance, you'll have excellent access to the ocean shore and downtown shops, galleries, and restaurants.

This apartment sits on a waterfront piece of property that it shares with a main house. Walk home from a day spent gallery-hopping in town to be greeted by a front deck overlooking the cove - a lovely spot for sharing lobster rolls from Boothbay Lobster Wharf down the street.

Inside, find an open living space lined with windows and such at-home comforts as window air-conditioning and high-speed WiFi. There's a kitchen with every essential, an indoor dining table, and a streaming-capable TV for your evening entertainment. In the evenings, when you're not dining out, enjoy a gas grill and a propane firepit with a view of the water, which is shared with guests in the main house.

Great location

We loved being able to walk to the downtown area. We also loved that we were close enough to walk over the footbridge. Mama D’S which is part of the property is a great place for breakfast.

The cottage was super clean. The early check-in was also a plus.

The cozy cottage was perfect for the two of us. Great location so we walked to most of the places in town.

A nice little cottage in Booth Bay Harbor, ME

This cottage like apartment is located within a quick walk to the shops and restaurants of Booth Bay. We were in town for sailing event and found this rental to be very convenient. Its a cozy space probably best suited to a couple but can certainly accommodate a few friends or kids as well. The apartment is attached to a hair salon and a small Cafe'. The only real down side was that there is only one parking space.

Lovely stay, comfortable and convenient

we enjoyed our stay, comfy rustic furnishings and a leisurely walk to bridge and touristy shops and eateries. Enjoyed our first Oysterfest...Shared parking lot with adjoining and very popular coffee shop. Overall friendly area with great views

Great Location

This is a cute place right in the village. Easy walk across the footbridge to the heart of town. Accommodations are comfortable. And, we highly recommend Mama D’s for breakfast!

Wonderful weekend getaway

Loved the location! Short walk to downtown with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. Breakfast steps from the door! Snug Harbor met our need and more. We found it clean, cozy, and had enough space for our toddler.

Love this place!

What a wonderful place to stay in Boothbay Harbor! The location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance, yet it is very quiet and comfotable. Plenty of room for my wife and me and the antique nautical treasures throughout the apartment helped set the tone and mood for our stay. Will definitely return.

Boothbay Opera Week-End

We stayed in this lovely apartment while in Boothbay to go to concert at the Opera House. Unit is very clean and well equipped. Excellent location so you can walk to everywhere in town. Great restaurant next door for breakfast if you want a treat.
