Other Things to Note:

We are located in a friendly and welcoming community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to other people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM noise should be kept to a minimum. No smoking of any kind.



Please review the energy usage limitations listed under house rules, as additional charges may apply. All guests are required to sign the rental agreement prior to their stay. A secure link will be sent before arrival, and completion is necessary in order to access the property.



**Please note that the main shared pool at La Escondida is currently undergoing maintenance and is expected to be unavailable until approximately mid-June. Guests will still have full access to the second shared pool during this time.
