The Space:
This 1,286 sq ft apartment is great for a family or group of friends that like to travel together. Not only do you have a sitting area in the apartment, but you can also access a larger common lounge area at the condo building with lots of comfy sofas, a fireplace, a TV, and several laptop-friendly workspaces to relax, work or socialize. You’ll also have access to a shared fitness room so you don't have to miss your daily workouts.
This 4th-floor apartment features:
- A luminous LIVING SPACE with comfortable seating, wall-mounted Smart TV, and a large window to let in natural light during the day. Perfect for relaxing downtime moments at home.
- A fully-equipped KITCHEN for preparing meals at home. You’ll have all the appliances and cookware you need to whip up any meal at any time of the day. There’s also a DISHWASHER for easy clean-ups and a Keurig COFFEE MAKER.
- Built-in BREAKFAST BAR in the kitchen that seats 6 and is a great spot to enjoy meals at home or maybe use it as a LAPTOP WORK SPOT (if you must work and we hope you don't!).
- 3 BEDROOMS comfortably furnished and 2 luminous full BATHROOMS with stand-in showers to accommodate 6 guests as such:

You’ll be conveniently located within walking distance to BYU-Idaho, parks, restaurants, shopping, a waterpark, and the Life Science Museum, and nearby the Legacy Flight Museum (a cool airplane museum!), parks and recreation, and more! You'll be about 80 minutes from one of the entrances to Yellowstone National Park, 60 minutes to Grand Targhee Ski Resort, and 90 minutes to Jackson Hole and Grand Teton National Park.

The Bringham’s Mill Apartments are in a great neighborhood that is centrally located in Rexburg. You’ll be within walking distance of many good restaurants, cafes, and shopping. Also near a waterpark and the Life Science Museum, the Legacy Flight Museum (a cool airplane museum!), parks, and so many fun things to do, such as the BYU Ropes Course, where you can test your skill and nerve! A starter supply of essentials is provided upon arrival (paper towels, dish soap and sponge, trash bags, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner). The kitchen also includes salt, pepper, and a small amount of coffee to get you started. These items are not replenished, so guests are responsible for restocking as needed.
The apartment is family-friendly. A Pack-n-Play is available upon request.
An elevator is available in the building, with access to the gym and upper-level units.
Outdoor common areas and corridors are monitored by security cameras for guest safety only.
Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement after booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in, depending on the booking platform (Not ABB). This temporary hold will be released after check-out if all terms are met.

• No parties or events; illegal activity is strictly prohibited
• Quiet hours after 10:00 PM; excessive noise is not tolerated

• A government-issued ID may be requested at check-in or during the stay
• Please do not move furniture
• Pets are not allowed
Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the electronic door keypad. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
