The home comes stocked with amenities for families in mind, including a private fenced yard, a heated pool with a basketball hoop, and 2 adult bikes for exploring. There are also highchairs and Pack N Plays available for younger children.

Sea Turtle Retreat sits in a quiet, residential SE Cape Coral neighborhood. The home is only a short drive to Sunsplash Waterpark, Gator Mike's Fun Park, mini golf courses, along with restaurants and stores.

Sleeping Arrangements
- Master Bedroom: King bed, spacious walk-in closet, streaming TV. En-suite bath with Bluetooth-enabled mirrors, dual vanities, and a walk-around shower.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, streaming TV.
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed, streaming TV.
- Bedroom 4: Two twin beds, streaming TV.
- Guest Bathroom: Bluetooth-enabled mirror, walk-in shower, pool access.

Walk through the front doors into the main living room, where a comfy sofa and a large flat-screen streaming TV set the stage. The kitchen is fitted with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and comes fully stocked with everything needed for family meals. A spacious dining table seats 6, with 4 additional stools at the kitchen counter. Family essentials include a highchair, Pack N Play, and umbrella stroller for guests traveling with younger children. High-speed WiFi is available throughout.

The large outdoor area is where you'll likely spend most of your time! Kick back on the chaise loungers, take a dip in the electric heated pool, or shoot some hoops at the poolside basketball hoop. In the evening, fire up the gas grill for a cookout while enjoying music from the built-in Bluetooth outdoor speaker. Additional outdoor seating includes Adirondack chairs and camp chairs. The private, fully fenced backyard gives kids plenty of safe space to play. Beach essentials include an umbrella, cooler, and towels for a day trip to the sand. There are 2 adult bikes available for a ride around the neighborhood.

Rates & Policies
- The base rate includes up to 4 guests with a small fee for extra guests.
- Initial supply of consumables (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dishwasher detergent and soap, 1 roll of paper towels, hand soap, and garbage bags) is provided for the first 3 days of your stay.
- A prepaid electric charge is included in your reservation.
- Guests are responsible for providing their own propane. There is a propane tank at the home, but the level of gas is not monitored by the property manager.
