Beautiful property to stay while visiting Oregon’s Willamette Valley! Sitting outside for meals and enjoying the great temperatures, low humidity & lovely breeze was a delight. Great location for visiting many wineries in the valley. A little more than an hour from PDX airport. Peaceful and relaxing.

Lakehouse Review

Our stay at the Lakehouse was amazing. The views are spectacular and the space is very peaceful. we spent our mornings enjoying coffee on the patio. I trip also provides winery recommendations along with free tastings which was a wonderful surprise that we enjoyed. We highly recommend The Lakehouse for a stay and plan to come back again!

This was a beautiful, peaceful and wonderful place to stay. Large and roomy, yet with all amenities needed for a family of 4 to stay.

Great stay in Willamette wine country!

Very nice lodging in a wonderful, centrally located location. Easy access to best wineries and tasting rooms with good restaurants in nearby towns.

Fun night away

We spent the night here after spending some time in the region doing wine tastings. It was beautiful space and very relaxing. We continue to talk about how incredible it was to stay in the old tasting room of the winery.

What a Gem!!

My wife and I were looking for a quick getaway that would be a time of relaxation with the occasion wine tasting. This location is also great, the house is wonderful and the had everything we could want! Thank you for such a great time!

Peaceful Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay- we loved how quiet it was on the property. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Fun bonus of getting to watch harvest right outside our windows!

Willamette Valley Lakehouse

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely give this place 5 stars. The setting is beautiful—peaceful, scenic, and exactly what you hope for in Oregon wine country. The space was very clean and thoughtfully maintained. You can tell it used to be a tasting room, but they’ve made great use of it and created a comfortable place to stay. The only small touch that would have made it even more special would be a complimentary bottle of wine, given it’s located at a winery. Other than that, everything was lovely and we really enjoyed our time here. Would definitely recommend!

Wine getaway

My husband and I needed to get away. So , we booked a flight and stumbled on this little gem. It was perfect! Quiet, clean, nice, and beautiful. Perfect location to visit wineries with stunning views! And a bottle of Rosé greeted us when we arrived. We will definitely book again.

Beautiful and quiet location.

Property was beautiful and quiet. Check in process was easy. Loved the views. We were in town for a wedding and everything was fairly close by. Property manager was quick to reply to messages. We'd highly recommend.

Escaping the TX heat!

We had a fantastic stay. Everything was as described in the listing and other reviews. Lovely mornings and evenings sitting outside by the pond. Great wine tasting at Solena. A little bit out of the way, but we were rewarded with a quiet and comfortable place to spread out and relax!

Wine Country Retreat

The property is remote, though located on Solena Estate within walking distance of their tasting room. It was comfortable for two but would have been cramped for a larger party mostly due to just one small bath.

Great Place!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the lake house! It was very quiet and private, yet had easy access to lots of wineries and small towns. The bonus part of this property is the little pond. There were lots of animals to watch while sitting outside. We also enjoyed having a grill. The space is very clean and the beds are incredibly comfortable!

The property was exactly as described- picturesque, lakeside and in a vineyard. And the property management group, iTripNW, took it up a notch and provided recommendations and discounts for wine tastings in the local area! As a bonus, we even had a hot air balloon land nearby. :) stay here if you are looking for a place in the Willamette Valley!

Wonderful Getaway

My friend and I had a wonderful time at the lakeside rental property. We loved the peace and quiet and beautiful surroundings. There were a couple of glitches with the air conditioner leaking and lighting in one of the bedrooms, but the property manager and the professional staff members took care of everything in a timely manner. We can highly recommend this vacation rental.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Oregon in the heart of wine country. The house was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully maintained. One of my favorite parts of the trip was sitting outside by the pond, watching the muskrats and ducks go about their day—it was incredibly peaceful.Located within a stunning winery, the house felt like a serene oasis during the day and a quiet, relaxing retreat in the evenings. The surrounding area was just as lovely, with charming small towns nearby that were easy to explore by car.This place exceeded our expectations in every way, and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lakehouse in the vineyard

This was the perfect escape from the East Coast and a welcoming home away from home! After touring Willamette during the day, this cozy bungalow gave us refuge to recharge for dinner. The lake was so peaceful! Whether sipping coffee or bubbles, the sounds of the bullfrogs, ducks, quail and fish entertained us. The cutest muskrat caught our hearts! All in the vineyard background. Easily 20 minutes from about anything you want to visit. We hope to return soon!

Wine lovers dream :)

I am so thankful I found this location for our Willamette Valley visit. I was in Portland for a work trip but knew I could not leave Oregon without visiting Willamette Valley. I am so thankful that I found this location! There are 2 wineries in short walking distance. If I had to do my trip over, I would visit 2 off-site wineries then make the 3rd one of the 2 wineries on site! I wish I had more time to spend at this amazing former tasting room of Solena Estates. I felt like I had an entire winery to myself with this set up. The Lakehouse is quiet, peaceful and a wine lovers dream. We had everything that we needed and appreciated being surrounded by vineyards. The Lakehouse and Willamette Valley did not disappoint!

Home was absolutely stunning! Gorgeous views and the old tasting room was spacious! Bed was one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. The complimentary tasting at Solena was one of our favorite tastings! Wine was excellent! We were celebrating our anniversary and we were provided with 3 bottles of wine! Such a nice touch! Highly recommend this property if visiting wine county. Excellent restaurants within 10-15 minutes and wineries all over the place!
