Fully renovated with teak floors, skylights and mahogany wood throughout featuring a king suite, queen bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 2 gas fireplaces and a great room complete with a gourmet kitchen, dining and living room.
There is also a desk with WIFI located off the kitchen area.

The great room includes a large open kitchen with island, bar and table seating with Wolf gas range and ovens. The kitchen comes complete with appliances, cookware, china and glassware.
A natural food grocery is conveniently located across the street with juice bar.
