Four bedroom getaway close to the beach

Southern Ocean Retreat is located in one of Warrnambool's best kept secrets - just ask the locals. With the ocean on one side and the river on the other, Southern Ocean Retreat is the perfect summer getaway for family and friends. Walk to the end of the street, cross the dunes and the ocean awaits. Explore the neighbourhood on foot, or take a walk/scoot/bike ride down the beach track to the main beach and Pertobe Road (where all the summer action takes place).

Located on one level, Southern Ocean retreat is a bright, mid century, spacious house that sleeps up to nine people with four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

There's plenty of space for people to relax throughout the house.
The large dining room has a custom made timber table seating 8, with large north facing windows.

The spacious kitchen has plenty of bench space and is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. Help yourself to all the staples in the pantry.

Just off the kitchen and opening to the dining area is the breakfast nook, with bar table and stools.

The lounge area has an L shaped leather sofa and smart TV to access your favourite streaming services. WIFI is also provided for your stay.

The pergola is a great place to unwind with dinner and drinks as you listen to the ocean. There is an outside dining table and chairs and BBQ.

All bedrooms have wardrobes and the master bedroom has an ensuite.

The house has a split system air conditioner and heating.

Bedroom 1: Queen bed, ensuite (shower, toilet and basin)
Bedroom 2: King bed
Bedroom 3: Double bed
Bedroom 4: Queen bed, single bed

The laundry has a washing machine and large sink, plus storage cupboard.

The main bathroom has a shower and bath.

There is free off street parking and room for 1 car in the carport. The garage remains locked.

Guests will have access to the whole house.

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood with houses close by. We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum between 10pm - 7am.
