When you enter the home, you are greeted with the formal dining/entertaining room, equipped with a round dining table for eight, and a seating area with four large chairs and wall-mounted 55” smart tv.

The kitchen comes fully stocked with an open view of the main living area and back patio. The kitchen features a gas range stove and oven, plenty of counter space, and bar seating for four. The dining area also has a table with seating for six. The living room with two story ceiling has a large comforter, extra seating, and a 70” wall-mounted smart tv with cable.

The downstairs back master bedroom is the perfect place to escape the rest of the home. The bedroom has a wall-mounted smart tv, ceiling fan, and direct access to the back patio to soak up some sun or jump in the spa at night. The master bathroom has a double vanity, a large shower, and a separate soaker tub to relax in after a long day at the parks. The oversized closet is great for a trip to the outlets!

The relaxation begins on the back patio, where the home backs up to the Jack Nicklaus golf course and has its own private pool with a spillover spa. Enjoy the outdoor seating area and shade while you watch your game on the wall-mounted smart tv with cable. You will also find plenty of room to eat under cover, with an outdoor dining table for eight. Guests can also enjoy a game of ping pong, Connect Four, corn hole, or pool basketball, as this home has everything to keep the family busy! For those that just want to soak up some sun, you can enjoy the eight lounge chairs lined up by the pool.

Even more fun and excitement await you as this home has an arcade and movie theater located downstairs. The arcade is packed with a foosball, Shoot to Win arcade basketball and side by side The Fast and the Furious racing arcade. Set your drinks down while you wait your turn on the pub table with two bar seats. No tokens or coins are needed! On the other side of the theater, you can take in a movie or your favorite game with the family in your private movie theater with a smart projector, Direct tv cable, and 100” screen. There is plenty of space, with two rows of theater seats for six, a third-row bar with seating for four, and three oversized bag chairs for enjoyment. For the comfort of our guests, the owners have also added separate AC units for both the arcade and theater.

Guests will find a half bathroom outside of the arcade for convenience.

Most guests will find themselves tucked in upstairs, as four of the five bedrooms are on the second floor. The smaller ones will gravitate towards the master bunk bedroom with three twin bunk beds (sleep 6) and a custom-built swirly slide! This room also has two separate gaming stationed with Xbox and smart TVs, as well as a private bathroom with a custom shower.

The other side of the front of the home has a king master with its own small private balcony. This room also has a wall-mounted smart tv and ceiling fan. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo.

Guests will also find the laundry room upstairs with a full washer and dryer, as well as a workstation in the loft.

Bedroom number four is a Queen/Queen master bedroom, with wall mounted smart tv and ceiling fan. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo. This room also has its own sitting area with two chairs, perched in the hallway above the living area. These guests also have access to the upstairs balcony, which is shared with bedroom five.

Bedroom five is another king master, located in the back of the home. This bedroom has a wall-mounted smart tv, ceiling fan, and extra makeup desk. There is a large walk-in closet, and the master bathroom has a double vanity, a large tub, and a separate shower. This room also has access to the 2nd-floor balcony. The balcony has a living area with two sofas and a chair and provides a sweeping golf course view. The owner has also added a ceiling fan for added comfort.

The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
