This was lovely and large home for my family of 8 people. We had space to hangout together as a family and our own space away from each other. The only reason it gets a 4 star review is because of the wear and tear of the furniture that comes from renting out a place. It made me anxious to use anything because it could break which affected my experience.

The house was great! There was plenty of room and things to keep the kids and adults busy. We loved all of the details in the house. Any concerns that we had were addressed right away. The kitchen had all of the stuff we needed to cook and grill. We enjoyed our stay and would return again.

Great location for Disney, house was as pictured/advertised. Great for a large family, we had our children and grandchildren, 14 in all. Kids loved the heated pool. Kitchen was big enough for feeding this whole group.It was far from Universal with spring break traffic, over an hour for under 25 miles.I would be happy to take the whole family again one day.

We stayed with extended family, ages 3-75. It was perfect. We had so much space & privacy yet plenty of room to gather together. They had great safety features for the pool (door alarms & pool fence). The kitchen had everything we needed.

Home really needed cleaning. Very large & nice home but the cleanliness was lacking. Found several bugs on the beds and in the rooms / bathrooms. The pool heater you have to book in advance, the property manager will not come out during your stay to connect and if they do agree, they are charging more than the 30 stated initially. At least that was our experience - we called on a Sunday and were told it would be about 80 for that day since it was a Sunday - none of that was discussed previously - just the 30 fee for pool heating initially mentioned. The home is very spacious and there is a lot of decor but there are maintenance issues and cleanliness issues. Also, I didn’t mention to host but two of my kids feet were all cut up on the bottom of the pool - it’s very rough-would 100% recommend swimming shoes in the pool if you have littles that will be playing a lot in there.

We were surprised by these comments, as we were not made aware of any cleanliness or maintenance concerns during your stay, and our team would have responded promptly to address them. These concerns are also not ones that have been raised by previous guests, which made them especially unexpected. Pool heat is an optional amenity at $30/night when reserved before arrival, as clearly outlined in our listing and pre-arrival information. Requests made after check-in require a technician to return to the home, which includes an additional trip fee. We're sorry your stay wasn't the 5-star experience we always strive to provide. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we're given the opportunity to make things right, and we remain committed to providing the exceptional experience our guests have come to expect.

Amazing Experience!

My friends and I decided to take a summer vacation to Orlando and this property was worth every single dime. The movie theater and the hot tub were my two favorite features there! Would highly recommend!

Great location with lots to do

We came as a family group of 12 to hitnsome tbeme parks and beaches and this is about as central as you can get for all of it. The property was clean, we absolutely loved the pool. We wish we weren't so busy so we could have enjoyed the house even more. Definitely recommend becaue you have so much more versatility compared to a hotel. We would absolutely stay again.

Each home we market is unlike any other and is beautiful, comfortable, and loaded with fun for guests of all ages to enjoy.
