The Space:
Imagine waking up to the soothing sounds of birdsong, stepping out onto your private terrace, and being greeted by breathtaking views of rolling hills and majestic waterfalls. Our luxury house in Chapada dos Veadeiros offers exactly that - a haven where you can disconnect from the chaos of everyday life and reconnect with the wonders of nature.

As you explore the grounds, you'll be captivated by the meticulously manicured gardens that surround an inviting swimming pool.

Guest Access:
You will gain exclusive access to all rooms and floors, and to the entire property area, plus usage of the Condo common areas, following the rules and time availability provided.

The Neighborhood:
Chapada dos Veadeiros is a national park and a UNESCO World Heritage Site located in the state of Goiás, Brazil. It is known for its stunning natural beauty, including waterfalls, canyons, and unique rock formations. The park is also home to a diverse range of flora and fauna, including endangered species. Chapada dos Veadeiros attracts visitors for activities such as hiking, camping, birdwatching, and stargazing. It is considered a popular destination for eco-tourism and offers a chance to connect with nature and enjoy the serene and untouched landscapes.

Getting Around:
Taxis and Ubers, apart from renting a car would be our recommended options. You can use the following local apps for cabs: 99 Taxis and Easy Taxi.

Other Things to Note:
The house offers 1 manager, 1 maid for cleaning and breakfest prepare and 1 staff for maintenance of garden and pool. Shifts from 8am to 4pm.

We have our own lease agreement model that must be signed until check-in. When you confirm a booking, you agree to these terms. When the Booking Channel does not give you direct access, just ask us and we will send it your way.

The most important House Rules are:

* Silence from 10pm til 7am

* Social visits are limited from 7am until 10pm and up to 2 people at the same time in the property

* Only listed guests can sleep over

* Intended use is residential only

* Drugs and prostitution are strictly forbidden

* Building or Condominium internal regulations must be fully respected

* Check-ins/outs outside of regular hours are subject to availability and if possible, incur in an equivalent amount of 60BRL in cash as compensation to the staff doing it, per event

* Bookings of length period from 15 nights or greater pay electricity bill as an extra

* Included cleaning covers reasonable usage, excess will be charged

* Rules breaches will be penalized by the full amount of security deposit, per event, plus any loss or fines and can result in eviction with no right to refunds.

We like welcoming guests in person, leaving you as comfortable and independent as possible during your stay, while always being available when/if you need help or suggestions from us.
