Rosa, room to spread out plus a quick run into town is exactly the combination we were hoping this house would give folks. Glad it landed that way for you. Next time you're out here, take an early morning on the back porch with coffee before the heat sets in, then head into town for the market. It's a good rhythm and most guests only figure it out on the second visit. We'd be happy to have you back whenever the Hill Country calls. House is clean and the process to check in/out is easy and simple. House is located at a great distance from anywhere you want to go.

Claudia, a clean house and a check in that takes a couple of minutes is exactly what we are after, so it is good to hear both landed. You pegged the location right too, close enough to get into town, out to the wineries and down to the river without much windshield time, and far enough out that the evenings stay quiet. Next trip, give yourself an hour at the resort pool in the late afternoon before you head out for dinner. It is the best part of the day out here, and we would be glad to have you back for it. Girls Weekend

Great property! Super cute, very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of parking off of the street, Especially loved the screened porch and the outdoor sitting area. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Mom’s 75th

Absolutely fabulous property that was extremely nice and that 7 of us stayed comfortable. We were close enough to Main Street, and it was easy to get to everyplace we wanted to.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this country house. The setting was peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by beautiful nature—exactly what we needed to unplug and relax. The home was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. Waking up to the calm countryside and enjoying the evenings in such a serene space was truly special. The host was kind, responsive, and made us feel very welcome. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful escape.

Kristine, waking up to that Hill Country quiet and actually feeling it, that is the whole point of what we built out here. Glad the house delivered exactly that kind of stillness. If you come back in the spring, the wildflowers across the property are something else entirely, and the evenings get that perfect warm breeze that makes sitting outside almost mandatory. We would love to have you back for another slow, unhurried stretch of it.

Long Weekend

Property was great. Very comfortable and adorable. Easy to get downtown and to the grocery store. Very light traffic for being close to main road. Quick <5 min drive to deep downtown and able to walk around the shops and restaurants.

Super Cute, very clean . Outside is peaceful and family oriented. We saw a deer in the evening. 4 king size beds wow never found that before. Stayed with family for a few day to get out of town. Just the right distance from Main Street for a place to relax but just a few minute drive away to stroll the streets

Lovely Texas home

This was a perfect little house for our family as we explored Fredericksburg. Having a king bed in each room really helped accommodate everyone. We spent most of our time of the lovely front porch or screened in back porch. Would highly recommend it. The host was very good at communicating with us.
