The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is quiet, and perfect to go to the hustle and bustle of the University or events at State College High but come home to a nice and relaxing atmosphere. What I love most is that it is close enough to all major venues yet far enough way to sit outside and enjoy the calm nights with no exterior noise.

The house is located on a sought after cul-de-sac. No through traffic creates a very pleasant atmosphere with minimal car engine noise. In the summer the trees and green space are in full effect. In the Fall, it is very picturesque with all of the colorful leaves on the ground.

There are young kids located on the street. The sound of children can be heard during the day sometimes. For the most part pretty quiet though!

Getting around:
There is parking for 2 cars in the integral garage. An additional 6 cars can fit in the driveway.

Getting around is very easy!
State College Area High School:
If you'd like to walk to the high school simply walk off of the property through the yard to the Nittany Trail. Make a right and walk on the trail for about 3-5 minutes and you'll be there!
Penn State University: simply call an Uber or a Lyft for a quick 5 minute ride!

There is a fully stocked laundry room if you'd like to do laundry during your stay.
