Just a short 8 minute stroll to the beach, this spacious stand-alone home is perfect to connect, unwind or just immerse yourself in the beauty of the tropics.

With two large bedrooms and versatile sleeping options, it is equally suited to one or two couples, or a family of four or five.

Bedroom 1: One king bed or two king singles
Bedroom 2: One king bed or two king singles

A foldable foam mattress is also available for a small child upon request (bring your own linen).
For two couples, each room has a king bed, ensuring neither couple is less comfortable.
For families or groups of friends, both beds can be converted into large twin beds, just let us know in advance.
Enjoy the cool, leafy outlook from the main bedroom to your totally private tropical courtyard. Perfect to enjoy some alone time with your morning coffee, or evening beverage.

***Bathrooms***
Spacious family bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower.
Off the main bedroom you’ll step into your own totally private tropical courtyard for a luxurious shower – a guest favourite! The main bedroom also has an ensuite toilet (inside).

***Kitchen and Dining***
Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and coffee machine. Or cook outside in the covered entertaining area on the large four burner BBQ.
Dine inside, or alfresco by the pool at the large eight seater dining setting, with the spectacular view of the surrounding hills and rainforest as your backdrop.

***Laundry***
Pack less! You’ll have your own washing machine and dryer.
Pool/beach towels are provided, leaving even more space in your luggage for the local treasures you find.

***Parking***
Free, covered parking for two cars plus ample street parking is available.

***Staying cool***
When you’re not in the pool… enjoy the comfort of air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the house and covered entertaining areas. If you prefer to let the breeze flow through, the house is fully screened.

***Fast free Wi-Fi and Smart TV***
Snuggle into the comfy lounges and log in to your own streaming accounts for a cozy night in.
There is also a second television in the main bedroom.

***Guest access ***
You have exclusive access to the whole stand-alone 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom home.
And of course the outside courtyard and pool is your own private paradise.

***Accessibility ***
The home features a ramp at the front gate, wheelchair accessible parking, shower chair & grab rails in the main bathroom.

***Other things to note***
- Recommendations available for baby equipment including cots and highchairs. Just send us a message!
- The foldable foam mattress (available on prior request) is suitable only for a small child.
- The pool temperature may vary with weather conditions.
- A starter pack is provided, however the property is not serviced. Message us for rates if you would like the villa serviced during your stay.
- 8 min walk to the local grocery store, but why not have Coles deliver to your door?
- Smoking is permitted outside the house only. Thank you for your cooperation.

***The area***
Easy 8 minute stroll to Palm Cove’s golden sandy beach lined with palm trees. Or stroll the promenade and vibrant restaurant strip filled with award-winning cafés and restaurants, many with uninterrupted oceanfront views.

Seeking wellness? Palm Cove is renowned for luxurious spas with tranquil treatments inspired by the tropics. A fully equipped gym, 25m pool, and regular exercise classes are available at the nearby Oceans Edge Health Club. They welcome casual visitors.

Adventurers can paddle around the islands off Palm Cove. Or walk 5 minutes to the start of the Wangetti trail — a picturesque 8km walk to Ellis Beach.

Explore nearby attractions, such as the Great Barrier Reef with its incredible snorkelling and diving, have wildlife encounters at Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures, or hike in the lush Daintree rainforest.

You’ll also be ideally located to take a day trip to Cairns or Port Douglas, or to experience the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway and Scenic Rail to Kuranda.

***Getting around***
Cairns Airport is just a 20 minute drive away, and shuttle services are available to and from the airport.

The local 110 bus stops 100 metres up the road to take you to the local shopping Centre or to connect to a bus to Cairns or numerous other local destinations.
Taxis and Ubers also operate in the area.
